I literally sat in line over 30mins at the front where they could literally see me, walk past me, and roll their eyes because they wanted to serve every other customer but myself before me.
I own a business, worked in a chain salon for over 10yrs, and have been a waitress, nurse, many things dealing with bedside manner and customer service... I've never treated a customer let alone any person the way I was treated today.
I WAS SO UPSET they were deliberately discriminating against me and I was literally at the front of the line trying not to make a scene. I tried to think of any reason as to why 4 cars behind me would be served before myself. VERY DISHARDENING TO SAY THE LEAST...
On TOP OF THAT, the music was extremely vulgar it sounded like an uncensored "Lil Baby" Concert coming from their speakers.. (I was there long enough to know it was not another car that was THEIR PLAYLIST BLASTINGšµāš«)
I just could not understand what in the world was going on so I ask for a manager. She was very smug and offered nothing for my experience in which I didnt even mention the music simply that I felt discriminated against and was highly unappreciative of the service they were providing. SHE CARED NOT and ran away from me bc they were busy!! Called cooperate and got NOTHING left a message.... I don't expect a response, acknowledgment, or anything sadly....
I paid cash so I did not recieve a receipt but I did post a video with my drink in hand to show I had been there.. Highly upset and distraught by my treatment, I simply drove away in tears and disbelief...
Conclusion and WARNING TO OTHERS:
PEOPLE OF COLOR ARE NOT WELCOME HERE.. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY 7BREW!!!! Message RECIEVED LADIES!!! GOD BLESS YOU AND A SPIT...

I got my usual this morning and halfway through sipped this into my mouth and spit it out immediately. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with flies as they can be quite annoying. Please make sure the workers are paying close attention to the drinks they are making and remind them about a clean working environment. I myself as a former barista have had to deal with problems like this and it is almost always due to lack of oversight. I am not sure if I will be returning to this location, or any for that matter as this was the best in Little Rock.
Also, there's this new blonde girl who could definitely use some customer service training. I personally have not had any meaningful interactions with her. I apologize for not remembering names but generally everyone there is very nice and welcoming, particularly the tall gym bro and the girl with the ponytail who remembers our orders. A slight misstep today but I hope/know they're capable of great things, which is why my review...

Not only are my drinks always great, the staff are awesome!! The people who work here are kind and are always trying to develop a relationship with every customer.
