Starbucks — Restaurant in Little Rock

Becareful going here Michael the now store manager is using this store for his selfish reasons he is taking money from people he clearly no anything about I saw him spit in my drink he is very bias he call the police to make what he done justifiable he turning Starbucks in to a Michael show I talked too the home office about him on 13 different times if I am such a bad customer why do I have over 100000 points never had a issue with any one there always nice he is going to make the store lose a lot of money he gave my handicap friend coffee it was clearly a decaf drink sent her to the hospital for heart palpitations they did nothing about it I went and watch where he had put the coffee in the decaf place it was never a apology from him r Starbucks never will I spend a min r dime at Starbucks and he is mean to black over wieght women I watched him talk to this young lady which was black beautiful a little over weight like she was dirty watch and see he will be stopped God got the last say so I have always given nice tips and was treated with a smile if Micheal is there the store is bais not a happy place to never go back to a lot of workers r gone because of Michael there be coming 4th and he has no patience with older people live...

I walked up to the pickup counter, said excuse me to the man that was standing in front of it, grabbed my mobile ordered drink and noticed that my whole bean coffee was missing. I opened my mouth to ask the lady who was at the prep station if she could hand me the whole bean coffee that was two steps away, but she cuts me off with an annoyed look and says, “I will start on the mobile orders shortly.” I ordered everything 20 minutes ago. My special ordered drink was fixed, but I just needed my bag of coffee. So, I frowned at being cut off before I could ask a question. So she made me wait 5 minutes. Her coworker walks up after the 5 minutes, and I asked him “Could you please hand me a bag of Papua New Guinea?” He hands me the bag, and I turned to leave. But before I could take a step he loudly asks if I payed for it already. Why would I ask for it and not have paid for it? What sense does that make? This is for the two women working on 6/22/23 around 1:15pm (I didn’t even get your names 🤦🏻‍♀️)—thank you for fixing my drink that Chenal & Kirk messed up terribly. I ordered an iced black tea with strawberry refresher base instead of water. Chenal & Kirk used strawberry purée. I was across town before I took a big drink and realized my tea was chunky. 😳 So I thought I’d swing by Rodney Parham just to see if they could make it right for me. As a former Starbucks barista, I know they strive for consistent beverage quality no matter the location. They also strive to be a “third place” for people. These ladies happily remade my drink and made sure it was right before I left. I know it’s just a drink, but when life feels chaotic it’s the little things that can bring the most joy.
