This was the first time we had stopped at the new location and we were glad we did. Love the new place and especially the patio seating. Every table had a little vase of fresh flowers. We arrived about 11:30 thinking we would beat the lunch crowd.Wrong! Parking was scarce, but we were seated immediately. The place was packed. My husband had a plate lunch of hamburger steak, lima beans and turnip greens. He said it hit the spot and no complaints. I ordered Chris's Cheesesteak and it was perfect. Full of tasty beef and just the right amount of onions and green peppers. Yes, it was messy but that's what napkins are for! The only glitch was that our meals did not come out together. My hubby was finished by the time my food came out. The server automatically discounted our drinks which we thought was a fair trade. We will be back and would definitely recommend for a home cooked meal or to watch a Razorback Game.

Love Homer’s as it is an easy choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Menu has plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's food appetite. Well priced items and amazing customer service. The wait staff is super nice and accommodating. Very easy parking and convenient location right off the Interstate. It doesn't get too loud in the dining area and they have a nice bar area. The executive chef, Mandy Connell, and the kitchen staff whips out some delicious food out of the kitchen. Highly recommend Homer's for a stress free and delicious meal experience.

I really liked Homer's West... It is not fine dining by any means but they do what they do very well. The service was awesome they took care of me. I had the 3 peice southern fried chicken meal which was really good. They have a huge selection of sides that I have never had or even heard of... Purple hull peas??? But I did have the pickled beets and the cucumber salad which were delicious. I had a fried pie with ice cream which was really good (never had that before). The experience was awesome because of the service plus the food was delicious.

West location. 3 issues within 4 weeks. 02/17/25 arrived 3:30 today takeout order. Walked in no greeting from lady at bar counting down register. Sat down on bench. A couple of people walked from the back made eye contact no greeting. Sat for 5 min no acknowledgement. Asked employee to ring my order she did. Last week called in order for 4 piece fish. They told me it would be ready in 20min. 30 min later person called notifying they ran out of fish. Week before that ordered 4 piece black eyed peas loaded bake potato. I arrive my order on receipt is roughly 3.00 more. I notified the transitioning person that I had been over charged. He was a little nippy and said I told him on the phone I ordered black eyed peas, loaded bake potato and fries. I'm assuming he thought that I was going to ask for a refund or something. I did tell the young transitioning person that I did not but that it was OK. This employee must be fairly new. I order from this location for my parents at least once a week the same thing eveytime. I have been doing this for them for at least a couple of years. My Mom has had a couple of issues in the past as well. The only time I have good service is when the tall African American guy is working. Excellent customer service from this employee everytime. I have worked in restaurants before and your customer service has been horrible the last 4 weeks. My Dad loves your fish but a lot of people have good fish. Your staff needs a lot of work. As a black man to come into an establishment and not to be greeted for 5 min is not good. The ironic part is I'm only really feeling racist vibes from 2 people. The transitioning person and whoever the lady was who never greeted me and kept counting cash. Do these staff members reflect ownership and management here? It's only these 2 people that I have had an issue with. I recommend that you put friendlier personalities in your takeout and bar section. Little Rock for the size is a multi cultural city. There is no time for anything like this in the current climate we are in right now. It's a lot of people who have food better than this and a lot better customer service. You may or may hear me as a customer. You may even give me one of those generic responses back. Remember though your customers bring you the cash you are counting. That cash allows you to provide a service...

Highly disappointed in our experience that we had last night. I’ve eaten here several times with my father and decided to bring my husband. First impression, everything was good. Bartenders were nice to us then all of a sudden we see their interactions with the waitress staff. I was baffled at the way the younger bartender talked to these girls. Then we watched the younger bartender and the other bartender (older women) talk among themselves about these other waitresses when they were simply just asking questions. One waitress had rang in someone’s alcohol order and I guess the table decided against one of the drinks that had already been put in and she told the bartender and so rudely the bartender responds with “well if they don’t order another one of these then it is coming out of your pocket. You have to pay for it”. I’ve never heard this before. But she was just so rude to the waitress and the waitress just kept apologizing. Toward the end of the night we watched the older bartender start pouring beer in to go cups. She turned to us and stated “the kitchen staff is having a rough night”. The restaurant was still clearly open and serving people. We watched her pour hard liquor in to go cups and give them to what looked like under age waitresses. They carded no one at the bar. I was honestly really disappointed and surprised with our encounter here. We definitely will not be going back. The older bartender stated at the end of our visit that because they were “privately owned” that they could close whenever they wanted and started closing around 7:30-8 even though they don’t close until 9 o’clock. We...

Dined in for lunch today. Ordered a chili dog (in the past has been fresh), server was very inattentive (chili dog was delivered to the table cool with chips (ordered fries).. waited patiently for server to return & after notifying her of the concern she removed my plate and returned it rewarmed.. upon questioning she confirmed that she had microwaved it..i reminded her that the chili dog was cool when it initially arrived at that point she returned with a new plate.. this one was also cool ( chili on top was hot) but the hot dog itself was cool and shriveled at the end. Requested extra onions none that I could see. Its busy at lunch BUT! service never has to suffer. First stop addressing me with pet names (suga .. honey baby) and actually listen to me.. if there is a delay let me know… if you know the food has sat in the window and gotten cold dont bring that to the customer. That situation could have easily been remedied with “i apologize your food was cold how would like me to handle this ? Would you like …..” I tried to eat it but i just could not so there on the table I left a terrible chili dog and a tip. I called to alert the manager of my experience “well we are short staffed we are all human we are busy with the tornado folks aint much i can do”. What you can do is provide a great experience busy or not. Give me the service you would want..Sounds like your customers suffer when you are busy. I tried to address my experience with management fell upon deaf ears…..what you can do is ….again, try to listen ,listening would be a...
