So, the lady at the front, assuming she's the owner, gave us all of the discrimination for having a full-on trained, legal, and necessary service dog. Our service animal is NOT A PET. She said, out loud " you need to sit in the corner, away from everyone and no one needs to be seated by you and that dog can't go anywhere around the buffet." And she just kept going on and on. Made a scene with the other patrons and told her staff to block us off with other tables. I told her that she really needed to calm down and she was being over the top. The service animal is for my husband a disabled Army Vet and she is fully legal and prescribed. I get that people abuse it and try and bring " pets" everywhere. She's a medical device .But his service animal is NOT A PET. This is not only discrimination but illegal and was really uncomfortable and unnecessary. I really wish she would educate herself on service animals and the ADA requirements, or someday she's going to get sued. She should be more concerned about the cleanliness of her restaurant. Food was great, but the place was dirty.

Visited this Chinese buffet during a trip to Little Rock. Overall, I was not impressed with the offerings. They have the typical Chinese food offered on most buffets but the staples just were not as good as others I have had, especially the fried rice and lol mein. They do offer an in-house hibachi/Mongolian grill where you can build your own stir fry and they have a selection of sushi on the buffet but neither of these options was appealing to me. If I choose to go to a Chinese restaurant again in the area, I would visit another one.

Not bad. I would eat it again. It was pretty busy since we went at noon. They have the grill which made orders for you and is included in the buffet. They had some usual favorites of mine. The only reason for not 5 stars is some.of my favorites didn't taste as good as I've had at other places. But definitely wouldn't stop me from trying it again as there were plenty of other things I didn't have belly room to try.

Very disappointed of the service I received!! Me and my husband decided to eat at the buffet since it has a hibachi grill. We've eaten here in the past with little issue, but this time was a mess! Once we got there we decided we were going to first get our hibachi started, but they were out of noodles. Since we were going to have to wait to get it refilled, we decided to get a few things from the buffet. Once complete, noodles were ready. I put my food at the table then assembled my hibachi. Since there's different plates being cooked at the same time, once you hand over your plate, you can sit and wait until they ring the bell to let you know it's ready Well I was eating my food from the buffet when I thought, let me go check on my food since my husband was up there assembling his food. When I walked up there they had gave my plate to another lady who put it on their table for her husband. After he moved the food around and saw it wasn't his plate he asked for it to be put back. While all of this was going on, I just started assembling another hibachi since mine was sent to someone else, no problem, right? WRONG! While I was assembling my food the two hibachi guys pointing at my original plate saying this is your food. I told them I'm fixing another plate and my husband told them I wasn't going to eat a plate of food that was returned from another table. At that point they started to get very aggressive saying, no no this is your plate and would not take newly made plate to cook. Me and my husband was explaining that I'm not going to eat food that was given to someone else and picked over. Also, we don't know if they are sick or did something to the food. One of the hibachi guys then decided to grab the tip jar and shaked it in my face saying in order for them to make me another plate, I need to tip. Wow! We immediately walked to the front and explained what was going on and was told they were sorry and the lady Immediately went to the guy and spoke to him. I grabbed my stuff from the table to leave. My husband went back to where the lady was talking to the guy to confirm he was the guy who shook the tip jar. I will not be back! The rudeness we experienced was unprofessional and expecting someone to eat food that was given to someone else...

I dined there around 5:30 P.M. on 01/08/24. I'll start with the good, first. There are several flavors of Blue Bell ice cream to choose from for dessert. They're in a freezer case available for scooping yourself. While on the subject of dessert, that also, was quite a disappointment! To complete my meal, in addition to the ice cream, I helped myself to a second order of artificial flavored banana pudding in order to feel full. I usually don't eat gelatin, but there are at least four flavors available to satisfy the younger ones of your family. The artificial egg custard was pre-packaged and shipped in from no telling where. Same for the artificial cheesecake. Other than the usual mini cake choices found at similar buffets, that basically covers the desserts. Now, for the main course which I found limited compared to other buffets. Overall, the food was cold & seemingly not very fresh. Given it was a rainy, Monday evening, I no doubt was present at the worst possible time! The rice and noodles both were clumpy. The egg rolls were okay but not palatable to my suiting. The variety of dishes were somewhat limited compared to other buffets and they too, lacked in taste. The sushi looked appealing and plentiful though I'm not a partaker. Despite there was no heat or air moving moving in the building, there were a number of guests. The wait staff were satisfactory, but didn't refill drinks often enough. The food and the restaurant itself was clean from what I...

Nearly everything about this place is perfect.

This is the best Chinese buffet food I've had in over 10 years. I've read other reviews, and I've noticed that the only complaint people seemed to have in negative reviews is the service. That's strange because our service was perfect. Our waitress refilled our drinks without us asking when we were going back up for seconds; beyond this, we had no interaction with her other than being seated and an initial check in.

It's clear that both the staff in kitchen and up front are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. Even if the service was horrible, I would still absolutely come back for the food. Stars of the show in our opinion were the noodles, chicken on stick, and fried wontons.

It's such a breath of fresh air to see a place that doesn't have tackyness of a wall of shame for dine-and-dashers at the front like China Plus Buffet off University. Two tiny complaints though, the sugar donuts could have come with a little more sugar, and the price per plate was a little steep.

If you've read this far and are looking for a place to eat, stop...
