Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Cantrell Road — Restaurant in Little Rock

Normally, this place is my go-to, but lately been having issues with one of the managers named Mon. It makes me not even want to go in anymore. She mean mugs me often, and I honestly don't know what I could have done to get this icey treatment. except for maybe me complaining about her previously because my food is constantly messed up or wrong when she is there. and normally i wouldnt be upset about stuff like that, but she was wasting food at that point and i didnt even feel safe to consume the food. I always do my best to lead with kindness and I always try to tip every day. Every other human that works there has been incredibly kind to me and I really wish it wasn't like this there now. This place used to be happy and more enjoyable, now when I go in there and she's there, the energy in the air is thick with negativity. She's been heard cursing behind the line at the other workers and i'm sure many other things. Not the standard i am used...

I love Taziki’s, but I would not recommend calling this establishment at all. They, for some reason, have not separated their fax and phone lines— which results in a very loud and high pitched noise being emitted straight into their customers’ ears. This may not have been as big of an issue had I not had my Bluetooth headset in, but that being the case, this caused physical trauma to my inner ear. After attempting to place an order, I could not hear as well in the affected ear, that same ear ached, and I experienced nausea from the trauma to my inner ear. Although the manager is willing to minimize this issue with statements like, “Oh yeah, it comes in waves,” the way they have their phone system set up literally caused me physical pain for a good 1.5-2 hours afterward. Food was good and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Seating area was light and airy. Can easily carry on a conversation. Food variety was sufficient considering the food type was limited to Mediterranean cuisine. Food was served relatively quickly for being freshly made to order. Parking is difficult considering several ohter businesses share a small parking area but atmosphere both inside and out was pleasant despite being just one store in a strip mall. This is a big step up on quality over fast food justifying the slightly higher pricing structure but still quick enough to sit down for a quick lunch before returning to work.
