Triniti Nightclub — Restaurant in Little Rock

I used to love this place... I took my 19 year old nephew to his first club and drag show experience! He loved it and we were having a wonderful time.. BUT, while we were there the bartender opened a tab for us, the shots were reasonable, 9 shots of captain Morgan (between 3 of us) for 60 bucks! Wasn't hating that, at all!

This was the Friday before New Years 2024 and I closed my tab, it was so hard to get that done, but finally was able to..this was at 215 am

My tab was $60.00 and I tipped cash and zerod out on the CC.

Went on our way, besides getting separated from my nephew and his friend that he ran into at the club, that he happened to work with, his phone was dead and security was so sweet to let me go back in to find him, luckily ran into him right after going into the entrance. Thank the gods! 😃

A few days later, I am sitting at work after the New Year Holiday and get a notification from capital one, did you mean to leave an 87% tip at Backstreet Inc...um hell no... it said a $52 tip on $60 for a grand total of $112 dollars 💸 umm..whaaa? I know it's the holidays and all but I have already given to my chosen charity this year! 😄

Fast forward, I have been trying everyday to call Trinity and I even gave Discovery's number a call but low and behold, neither of them answered and both mailboxes are full! 😐 so there's that... I wanted to solve this directly with the club as an ex service industry member I know how these situations can be... I have seen servers go down and get fired for forging tips..

So warning ⚠️ PSA: do not start a tab here.. cash only! So now I am trying to solve this with capital ones fraud department and its quite a process... so if any staff see this google review, please reach out and help me with this issue.. this is not good at all. I recommend avoiding the bar altogether. When I closed my tab, I was told/shown by my bill that my one drink was 10$, but when looking at my account shortly after, it showed I was charged 55$. I asked the bartender what that was about, and he told me that 60$ is charged whenever you open a tab and that whatever you don't spend would be reimbursed within an hour of closing your tab or the next day at the latest. The following morning, I looked at my account and saw that I was not reimbursed. In the end, I accepted the loss, but my night was definitely stained due to that being my first experience there and something like that happening right out the gate. It's alarming for any place of business to be untrustworthy when it comes to the simple purchases of food and beverages.

The most disgusting place. Trash/bathroom is not kept clean at all. They don’t know what a janitorial staff is. I also was kick out because a GAY man tried to SPIT on me. I’m 5’2 and 120lbs. I told him we were using the chair he was trying to take. Then when he started getting hostile I asked him to please leave us alone and security came and kicked me and my boyfriend out.
