Taco Bell — Restaurant in Little Rock

Update: Corporate clearly just does not care. I asked for someone to respond regarding this matter on the company website and got a $5 coupon in my email. Corporate must be struggling since they can no longer pay someone to actually review complaints or even send them to the store manager. I guess this is another chain that I'm permanently done with. It really sucks since I travel a lot but I'd rather starve than give my money to a company with such a poor business model. This poor service will continue since no one even gets notified of it. Original Review: Abysmal. This is 3 minutes from my house and it took over an hour to get home with the (incorrect) order. After returning from a 30 minute wait we had to go back because they forgot our burritos- and then when we start eating, the crunch wraps have no beef on them. Truly a waste of money and time, both times we have been here. I recommend you find anywhere...

This is absolutely the best Taco Bell I have ever been in. The staff is friendly, courteous, happy and always working hard every time I have been in there. The restaurant is very clean. My orders have been made correctly each of the three times I have stopped over the past two weeks. Even with the special request of removing lettuce and tomato. The food has been hot and fresh each time. Today I was in a rush to get back to work and they got me out of there fast. I really appreciated that

If I had to complain about anything it would be the drink selection (I have never liked Taco Bell's drinks) but that doesn't diminish how I feel about this location or the staff.

1st time and last time going to Taco Bell at Cantrell Rd during lunch. Spend 30 minutes getting cold, tasteless food. Even the cheese dip was cold and nasty. They make sure to get your money so you dont leave then they make you drive around front. I waited so that I went in, the lobby was packed, all tables full and people standing, no one was eating, all were waiting and they were mad. People walked in then walked out. I finally got food and I check in the car, missing a damn Taco. I spent $15! Went back in and they gave me a Taco but it had a cold hard, tasteless chicken strip in it. This was awful even for the Bell. I quit eating TB a decade ago, just started back. But I won't eat at this location ever again and won't eat any Bell for...
