Starbucks — Restaurant in Little Rock

Cashier was very polite and took my order greatly. My only issue is that this is my 2nd time there and both times I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with creamer and light ice. I didn't leave a negative review the 1st time because I thought the issue may have been a mistake however, Both times the coffee was never mixed. You could see the caramel syrup and sweetener at the bottom of the cup, coffee on top of it and slowly see all the creamer drifting to the bottom. The 1st time back in July, it was super bitter so I sent it back in and told them to add like 10 pumps of sweetener to it...that still didn't cut it so the lady gave me 5 sugar packets to mix myself. This time it was the same thing. Unmixed, layered iced coffee but this time, the coffee tasted like it was scorched. I ended up throwing it away. No one wants to take a 1st drink and get a mouthful of syrup. The customer service is great but the iced coffee's are awful. Since that's the only kind of coffee I drink, I will not be back there because aparantly bitter/scorched, unmixed/layered iced coffees...

This location needs attitude and customer service adjustments! Refused to make more green tea for my order and told me they just gave what they had made up to the car in front of me. Really???? Called in complaint to customer service number. Unfortunately this rude location is across from my gym. Went inside to order a few days later with same people working and waited twenty two minutes and still no tea. When I ask them what was going on with my order I was told my order was overlooked. When I received my cup the time stamp on the sticker was from twenty five minutes earlier when I ordered it. Only a few customers inside and a few cars through drive thru. Obviously it was overlooked...

Since "my Starbucks" closed its doors, I started visiting unfamiliar ones. Think I found "my place." it has been open for about eight months, so the interior is still fresh looking. There is a huge, amazing mural on one wall. In fact, its so intricate and lovely that i find myself gazing at it, rather than the work I need to complete. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and diverse. A few days ago, I had a delicious java chip, white chocolate frappacino.
