Wendy's — Restaurant in Little Rock

I used the drive thru today at 11:31 AM, before the lunch crowd, so I was the only car at the drive thru the entire time I was ordering and when I received my order. The lady who took my order, Carolyn, was very pleasant and polite. When I placed my order, I specifically asked for honey mustard for my nuggets and it was listed on my receipt, but the honey mustard wasn't in my bag. I looked inside the drive thru window and I didn't see Carolyn so I continued to wait until someone came to the window to assist me. A minute or so later, a female employee with an apron on, agressively opened the sliding window and yelled, "WHAT?" and looked at me like she was irritated. I asked her for some honey mustard and she said "WHAT" again, so I repeated that I needed some honey mustard. She said, "here" with a horrible attitude and didn't say sorry or thank you or anything. All I can say is for the people with the horrible attitudes who hate their jobs, just stay home if you're going to be in such a horrible mood that you end up taking your personal issues out on the customers. It's unnecessary and people don't want to be on the receiving end of your bad attitude. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location. I will be going to the University location, near UALR, where the employees are friendly and don't take their personal issues out on...

This store needs some help. Walked in to a dirty lobby, trash on some tables/floor, several trash cans pulled out but no one doing anything with them. Store is an older store, which normally is a good thing for me as I like to see the older decore and style, reminds me of childhood.....but this store isn't cared for. Back dining area by bay windows is closed off due to a wall partly giving way, tiles loose and falling. Store actually has carpet still, but hasn't been vacuumed recently or washed.

Saw a Grand total of three employees, the manager seemed competent but as soon as I walked in she handed the register off to another employee who could barely speak, had to repeat myself twice with him. Ordered a Dave's double and a baconator fries and a coke. Told him it would be for here.

Get the food maybe five minutes later so no big deal, was in a bag though, wanted a tray. Took a seat and the food was actually decent, was hot and fresh, fries were great so on that end they have my props. But with the state of the store overall I would say my satisfaction would be poor. I would say this store needs a remodel to fix it's structural issues and the staff need better training/vetted as my order taker...

Made a dumb mistake today. I stopped at the Wendy's at Markham and Shackleford after 5 years. I had a Taco Salad from Wendy's at Houston Hobby a few weeks ago and had been wanting another. After pulling up to the drive thru ordering and seeing how dirty it was I almost drove off, but the place used to be great.I got the usual "what do you want" that you get at one of these places. I made the order and they said pull around. When I pulled up I should of cancelled the order and drove off. The part of the kitchen you could see was nasty, the people looked at me like they didn't give a damn and barely said a word when they handed me the order. I got home and opened it all up and it was gross. You could smell the lettuce through the container. I don't know if it was old or just something on it. The chili was just brown juice. I threw it all away and went to Chic Fil A. The picture with the chicken is from CFA, the one with the chili is from Wendy's. I didn't even throw the lettuce outside for the birds because I didn't want to kill them. The service at CFA was excellent and their salad was great. That Wendy's need to...
