A few weeks ago I went into the new Shackleford store. I called first and discussed with Cheryl what I needed. She told me to send her a few pictures and she would look through the store. When I arrived she had several options picked out but none were exactly what I wanted. She then told me she could show me a few more options which she had found that could be ordered. One of those was perfect! She then looked for a lamp and found the perfect one. Cheryl was like working with a designer FREE! She truly cared about my being satisfied and went WAY above and beyond! I will definitely be contacting her for my future...

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this store. Katherine not only anticipated my questions and got answers before i asked, she far exceeded any expectation in the service department. She could see when i walked in that i was on a mission and was also not in the mood to be “sold”. Her energy was of someone who genuinely wanted to make the purchasing of new Den furniture for our home a pleasant and painless experience. If you need an easeful, stress-less shopping experience, i cannot recommend this store, the staff, and especially Katherine enough. Five stars...
