Emma is the rudest, abrasive, inconsiderate young woman I have ever met who is employed at this store. Because of her extremely poor customer service skills, I almost made my little granddaughter cry. Photos of my granddaughter and I were not going to be taken to her on an upcoming trip to California
There was no reason for Emma to treat me so disrespectfully: I will hold your spot in line while you go to your truck to get your credit card was a lie, she allowed another family to be waited on, and when I showed up, she told them to get back in line and told me hurry up customers were waiting. When I tried to look at the different options on the electronic card pad, she erased them and rushed the sale. I was trying to exchange the photo frame I had purchased online and she charged me twice, when I asked her to give me credit for one she refused told me get the Michael’s APP and do it yourself.
I had just been at another Michaels store near McCain Mall where they had the same amount of customer shopping today, the same amount of cashiers, and not one of them was rude, inconsiderate, and as pushy as Emma was.
Michaels should be ashamed hiring an employee. This is not the type of atmosphere I have found when shopping at Michaels. Due to this employee, I will no longer shop at this Michaels store. Clean the place up, it is filthy and merchandise is everywhere.
There is no sense in customers being treated like they are being herded through on a cattle drive, nobody once said someone can go to the very back and use the Frame Department to checkout, nobody said there are registers here up front where only a credit card transaction can be used, and nobody was available to assist with online order pickups.

Okay I just so happend was speaking to a individual concerning a item that I was interested in buying ,it just so happens that this individual had a gift card from Michael's. Since I wasn't that far away I excepted the gift card and went there. Let me tell you readers something that's considered Cowabunga ! When I entered the store I just stopped and looked around. Considering I'm remembering correctly I even turned around and grab the door for the ones coming in right after me! They have all types of items in that store. You name it and have a stable moment of patience, you will most definitely find exactly what you wanted, yet didn't even know you wanted it. Speaking to ederly. I guarantee you that once you enter that store it would some how or way to pull your attention closer with objects and items that are considered sentimental value for the mind of a good time and place of your days of bewilderments. Read moreI ordered two pieces of wood for an instrument I was making. I was searching for the exact dimensions I needed and ended finding it at this Michaels online. I was so surprised and excited since not even Lowe’s or Home Depot had the wood I needed. I made my order and was told my order would be ready that day since I ordered online before 3. I pulled up and called. They said that they were swamped with orders and that I was next on the list and I would for sure get my order the next day and that I would get an email telling me to pickup my order. 2 days past and no email and I was about to call and ask where my order was. I did end up getting two emails, one for each piece of wood saying that it was out of stock.
