I came here the other day to try the BK Melt because I watch Comedy Central a lot and the commercials are literally on that channel every ten minutes. I was excited to try the Swiss mushroom melt in particular. I also ordered large onion rings and a 12 piece chicken fries. The first thing I decided to eat was the Swiss melt. As I unwrapped it, I noticed it was barely hot, room temperature and the cheese was cold and not even melted. I was starving so I pretty much wrote this off and ate the sandwich quick. It wasn't that good but again, I was really hungry so I just scarfed it down and moved on. Next up were the onion rings.. Again, room temperature, soggy, stuck together and all mushy, not crispy or fresh whatsoever. I'd like to add that the zesty sauce that comes with the onion rings literally tasted like Windex but I can't really blame that on the branch unless it was expired or something. Then we get to the chicken fries. They were cold, crusty, hard, and tasted like some kind of mystery meat, a cross between old pork, bad ground beef and dry chicken nuggets. After eating three of them I had to actually spit what was in my mouth back into the chicken fry box because it was so disgusting. I left BK about a minute afterwards and once I was down the road a bit, had to pull over and vomit for about 10 minutes straight! The food here is not served up hot or fresh, I did not get it "My Way" and I was sick as a dog for the next hour or so. Had to stop off after throwing up and use the bathroom also about 30 minutes later. This branch seems very poorly managed and the food here is not an accurate representation of what Burger King used to be. I had to leave one star but honestly, this place gets a 0/5 from me....

I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before they came back and said can you guys come in and order I have no one to run the window we went in waited another 10 minutes to order after ordering waited 30 minutes off to the side for our food there was people in there already waiting 45 minutes for there food all being patient waiting and there lead lady im guessing is who she was out of the blue comes flying out there side door the door hit me in the arm she never said a word to me yelling and screaming the whole time telling people who ever just walked in the lobby is closed you might as well walk right back out locks the door turns around comes back screaming at the pour young girl running reg. Do not take any more orders we are done slams the door as she heads back to the kitchen and door pops back open at me cause she slammed it so hard. Ok really who does this and acts like that in front of people costumers at that who are being extremely patient waiting on you people there was kids in there watching her do this and the only thing that saved her ass for hitting me with the door was my kid was standing there with me I teach my kid right from wrong. I would say this lady who’s name I didn’t get boy wish I did one needs to be fired and two go take anger classes Burger King needs to do something for all of us that’s trying to give them business then get treated like this like I said I’m done with that...
Read moreI just wanted to make sure our order wasn’t wrong, as the last two times I got pushed through the drive-thru, because of their timer which caused 3 car hold ups. (This is also messed up assuming this puts more pressure on the workers I’m assuming do better Burger King) We were told we would not be served if we didn’t move up because of their timer. This isn’t my fault that they don’t produce food fast enough for their “timer.” As a repeat customer, I was tired of getting my order wrong, so I just wanted to wait at the window. The manager, Clarissa, came out and asked us to move forward; she needs us to move forward. I understand they get paid less or are reprimanded for not pushing out food fast enough, but getting consistent orders wrong is a joke in itself. I never argue food disputes, as I’m afraid they will mess with my food. Well, guess what? They did mess with our food, as seen in the picture. I’m afraid to give my daughter this food because of fear for her health and safety. How am I getting punished for their lack of accountability, given it might be from understaffing? I am a normal dude who, once again, just didn’t want a three-peat of wrong orders in one week! Jeez, sorry for that.
