We are locals and have repeatedly tried being patrons of this location because we did have a couple of good experiences and it's on our route home from work. However, repeatedly when one particular management employee is working there are no meatballs, the sub station is a mess with pieces of ingredients in bins they don't belong and food scattered on the station. She is always missing ingredients. We typically arrive at 715 when they are open til 9 or 10. Because we complained to her multiple times about not having meatballs and us noticing it was happening only when she worked my husband did call corporate. Last night, because our most recent experience was absolutely perfect with different employees on shift on 2 days we had hoped the horrible service was fixed. When we walked through the door the girl employee from the bad experiences was back and as we walked through the door she was waiting on a customer but glared at me. She didn't say anything and after feeling uncomfortable I responded "what?" Then she said "I called my DM and he said I don't have to deal with you". I said really? Because we complained to you that you never have meatballs and are always missing ingredients in your shift?" I said you were glaring at me and at that point she brought the customer she tried to bring the customer she was waiting on still into the conversation. Then she told me to "Get out". We were reasonable customers who only complained because they never offered the items we ordered when she worked only. How on earth did this all turn into something we did wrong to not be able to patronize your restaurant? What are you doing about the employees who keep the Open sign off or turn customers away because "the system" is down or just doesn't want to open and drain a new bin of toppings because she feels sub par is good enough? What's been done about employees obviously going out behind the store to the treeline to smoke drugs? We aren't wrong, if the district manager would only pay attention the problem is the one particular member of management. We get it, good employees are hard to find ..but wouldn't you maintain SOME level of quality...
Read moreI am really disappointed with the littleton subway. The gentleman that was the manager who was amazing and friendly and brought customers in is no longer there. I was told he was fired. what a shame he was the best. The store is now like a morgue no one is friendly they dont smile and everyone has a attitude. I normally order around 10 catering platters when i do and i wont be doing so this year. The subs are poor quality and the staff is skimping on the protiens and veggies. Its not worth the money to go there and its a shame i have been going there for 20 plus years. The new manager that wheres a pink subway visor is rude and doesnt respond to customers when they walkin and rude while making ur food. I heard her say shes the district manager. Maybe she needs to be retrained in customer service. I honestly feel that the owners need to bring the store manager back that was there 2 to 3 months ago. If they do that i see the store being successful again. i would have given no stars but thats not an option so i had to give a 1 star. Either fix ur management or...
Read moreThis is no average subway. This is the golden standard, the shining leader of Subways that all other Subways hope to become. It's as if Subway corporate needed a spot to test out their model Subway of the future and decided to put it in Littleton New Hampshire where it would go mostly unnoticed before a final unveil. Sorry Subway corporate, I noticed.
The giant neon "S" floods the room with an electric green freshness and draws you to the beginning of the sandwich station. A friendly artist creates your sub with speed and precision. You can sit and enjoy your meal among decor that is modern, clean, and surprisingly cool looking. Outlets and USB ports at every table mean you can stay a while and recharge both your body and your phone, and the music is distinguishable, yet not too loud so as to invade on conversation. When you leave you'll probably feel obligated to tell your friends that you've just visited the nicest Subway of all time.
If a goal of a franchise is consistency, then by that metric this Littleton branch has failed, because this Subway is absolutely...
