GameStop — Local services in Littleton

Much like any other Game Stop- Prices on new games are outrageous (nothing new there), prices on Used games are OK, and the bargain bins are great. Don't expect to get much for your trade in, for a working PS3 in great condition and 12 popular game titles (all games that I paid $60 for at time of their release) they gave me about $100. As I remember, it was $80 for the console with two controllers, and a laughable $20 for the $700 worth of games.

The staff is efficient enough even with a line. I've always been greeted walking through the door and offered assistance. I have no complaints nor praises really for the staff. I gave this establishment 4 stars instead of 5 for the pricing. I understand there isn't much room for competitive pricing for the new titles, and indeed they do well pricing their used games, but I feel that they could do better on trade...

Guy was rude and for no reason cont.. to not answer phone when customers called or put on hold.Ive spent a good deal of $$there n depending on whose working their polices change,bein sold items n when returned told only that system n had to take almost 30$loss not having it 4 days w reciept no cash back was card for there n 30$less ridiculous when other employees in detail have said n done latter,second time going while he's worked n asked bout upping my membership n saying not possible n sale price on items he said were not suppose to be there n then look at latest flyer n see adves..on upping ur membership..total contrition when I pointed out he just said ahh that's not suppose to be there I swear they pocket $$it all might be tolerated but service was rude n...
