I rarely ever write reviews but this Starbucks in Littleton needs some praise. I've been a dunkin loyal customer for decades. There's only one dunkin worker in town who showed their customers respect and kindness. All the other workers I've encountered are miserable, disrespectful, and don't care about their customers.
I visited Starbucks with my son who absolutely loves their pink drink and cake pops. This past week we went there everyday. A kind, sweet, lady named Lily took our order. I could feel a shift in the environment. The service was top notch. They accidentally added strawberry inclusions in my son's drink but fixed it right away. We also got an additional gift card to use for their mistake. Starbucks seriously treats their customers so differently than Dunkin cause Dunkin would NEVER has never done this. They'd remake our drink but still mess it up lol. So I stopped getting my drink there and I make it myself.
We also ordered the pink drink yesterday at Starbucks. Everything seemed to be okay when I paid. We left and my husband told me the card didn't go through. I called Starbucks right away and Lily confirmed it did not go through. I told her we'd come back and pay for the drink but she told us not to worry about it. It was possibly an error on her end. So we ended up getting a free drink. I seriously couldn't believe it. They were all so understanding.
Now that we found a favorite drink at Starbucks and the additional, over the top customer service there is amazing, they just earned some new loyal customers. Lily and everyone at Littleton Starbucks showed us kindness, and they really care about their customers. Thank you all for making our experience worth coming back next time. You all...
Read moreMy experiences with Starbucks have been very positive. I think their prices are like any other Starbucks in the country, with the exception of a few locations- which is usually more expensive. I have had no problems with the app, customer service, or my orders. Only a handful of times has there been a problem, and they were extremely helpful in resolving it. I think expecting perfection from any business is unreasonable, but adding the current labor issues in the country, it's hard to blame the company for staff turnover. Maybe when people are actually ready to return to work, earn a living, and develop some work ethic, will we see an improvement in customer service. Additionally, I do think locals are used to Dunkin and their prices, but their customer service is horrific, coffee watery, and the most disgusting tasting food items- outside of donuts- you have ever tasted. The oil actually turns the food brown and tastes dirty. Starbucks NEVER has this problem.

Read moreHonestly I cannot for the life of me understand why the staff has to be so rude when it comes to picking up orders to go. If I order through the app it’s saving them time to take the order and they can get started on the coffee even before I pull up to the window. In particular, a staff member with black/dark brown hair and glasses, (she wasn’t at the window long enough for us to even see her name tag) was so rude and sassy at the speaker. Stating “we have you ticket and pulled it minute and 12 seconds ago it’s not ready”— Then upon pulling up to the window we sat for a minute and she came over to rudely state “the people behind you actually have coffees that are ready so I’m gonna have to ask you to pull around.” Before my husband could even respond she sassily shouted “THANKS!” We pulled back around just to sit for quite some time behind the people whose drinks were “already ready”. Seriously you work in the hospitality industry that type of behavior is just insulting and...
