As a former General Manager of a Dominoes Pizza in Escondido, Ca I am really disappointed and if I was an OER inspector this place would have been shut down on the night I ordered and the entire shop that was on from the GM on down would have gone under some extensive training. OER would have done the same had they been in my position. I ordered a large meatzza pizza, 1 -10 piece wings - hot, 1 -20 oz sprite and also 1 -20 oz dr.pepper. Order was put in around 6:45 pm. I used my phone app as I am was in the local area doing Network Upgrade at the Harbor Freight located at 160 Meadow Street. My order was being tracked using the tracker and I noticed that it said my order was delivered by Tina at around 7:30 pm. I walked in the front of the store and inquired to the staff and my co-worker if they had received the order. They all said no. I then contacted the shop and after being put on hold by the ASM as she was trying to figure out what was going on I was then told by the GM that the order shuld be there within the next few minutes. I finally got my order at 7:45 pm. Mind you the tracker said 17 minutes for delivery time. Tina walks in and after I asked what happened was told she had something more pressing to take care of and it had to get done. I thought, seriously, as a former GM and driver I would have never said that to anyone. If I had been role playing as an OER inspector this shop would have been shut down on that alone for the next 24 hours. I also checked my boxes and there was no delivery tags on them, this is a big time issue as it tells the drivers where the address is, customers name and price of the order, as well as the order itself. Also, this is a major hit during an OER inspection. The third thing wrong was the wings were supposed to be hot, Franks Red Hot Sauce is the correct hot sauce and is the only one used by Dominoes. There wasn't any on the wings or should i say a small sprinkle here and there barley spotting the wings. Again, the wings are placed in the boxes, coated with the hot sauce and then rolled in the foil for further delivery. THIS SHOP, IN MY OPINION NEEDS SOME REFRESHER TRAINING!!!! No way would I ever order again from this shop and as a former GM I was shocked, disappointed and they definitely did not meet my standards as a customer or former...
Read moreI called to order a pizza to pick up after work. I called around 10:05pm and I work until 11:30pm. A person answered the phone and I gave them my order but before I could say what time (and without the person asking me what time I would like to pick it up) they sent the order to the store. When I mentioned the time I wanted the person on the other end said they were sorry and that they had sent it to the store already. This person went ahead to patch me through to the store and when I had gotten through and asked to see if that order could be held off until later I was told the pizza was already in the oven (props for the speed of order to in the oven). So the person at the store told me it was in the oven and they could not do anything about. I at this point was already pretty upset but just let it slide thinking maybe by the time I got there they would have done something to fix the situation. So 11:30pm comes and I leave work and head to the store. When I walk in the door I am greeted by someone cleaning in the lobby and I walk to the counter. There I met by a person working that does not say a word to me and just stares at me. So I say " I am here to pick up an order" and the person just looks at me for a second. I said my name and they went back and grabbed my pizza and brought it to the counter and pulled up my transaction to be paid for on the terminal. Does not say a word still (at this point I was thinking " hey maybe they have a speech problem or something along those lines so I tried not to be rude). So I pay for the pizza. Take it and start to walk out the door and the person at the counter says " have a good night". I said " you too" as I walked now very upset out the door with my cold pizza that sat on a shelf for 1.5 hours. Any other time I have had an issue along these lines with Dominos it has been taken care of in some sensible way that I was agreeable with not just left with cold pizza. Never will I end up settling to get...
Read moreWe've been a pretty loyal customer since Dominos opened in Littleton, NH. Lately the quality of service and food has gone down hill. When we complained in person, nicely without use of vulgar language, the staff argued with us to tell us that we were wrong even though we order the same exact meal every time through the app under order history. 2nd time a mistake is made, again they refuse to accept fault and told us we were wrong and remade the order only to remake it exactly way the complained about. 3rd mistake made (today 12/4/21) we are highly aggravated as the food was undercooked, we paid for handmaid pizza which is normally about 2 inches thick to 2 1/2 inches thick as you pay $2 extra for that style pizza, but we recieved pizza that was less than an inch thick, and undercooked. We also paid for extra toppings and recieved normal toppings. We complained only to get rude comments back and be told we were wrong again. On top of that, the pizza was for a birthday party and one of the drivers speaks up in the background with a "the kids party can't be worth it to have brought the food back" with a snarky attitude. The owner was brought into the incident only to have the owner tell us that we are placed on a do not serve again list and does nothing to try and rectify the mistakes made or the rude customer service. Highly recommend eating at any of the other locally owned pizza joints over Dominos for anyone who lives in the area...
