I've been waiting for this place to open for a couple of years. It was worth the wait! I've gone twice already, once at a "soft opening," and then again lined up for the Grand Opening. LB released 8 beers so far on draft, and I have tried them all. My favorites are the Lemongrass wheat (great flavor and so easy), the Half Moon (another crisp, slightly fruity and easy drinker), and the Recalibration hazy (a less hoppy and slightly sweeter than your typical hazy IPA). I found all their beers drinkable, which is great because the location is amazing. The rooftop view is the best of any brewery you will find! There is also a lot of space and plenty of tables on the ground level outside, inside and up on the rooftop. Plenty of room for your dog too, as my pup, Sadie, already loves this spot. Once the bar on the rooftop opens, soon I am told, it will be even better. I can also speak to the pizza and pretzel as both are made in-house and taste fantastic and pair great with their beers. As far as parking, there are really only a couple of spaces, but parking on the side street there is free and pretty convenient. If you haven't checked this place out yet, there is a reason the line for the grand opening was blocks long by the time they opened!

Edit: I've now also had their burger and fries. The burger packs plenty of meat (two patties), so very filling. The patties are done smash style, and while I'm normally a thick, medium-rare burger guy, this smash style was still delicious. My wife, who is particular with food, also loved the burger. This place just keeps...

If you’re anywhere near Littleton and haven’t hit up this badass brewery yet, you’re seriously missing out. The atmosphere is laid-back but buzzing with energy, and the beer lineup is next-level. I keep coming back for two absolute bangers: the Recalibration Hazy and the Lemongrass Wheat Lager. The hazy hits with juicy tropical vibes and a smooth finish, while the lemongrass wheat is light, crisp, and uniquely refreshing—perfect on a hot day or after a long hike.

Now let’s talk food. The giant pretzel is the perfect starter—soft, salty, and served with sauces that slap. The LBC Smash Burger is easily one of the best in the state—crispy edges, juicy center, and flavor-packed from top to bottom. And the sausage and fennel pizza? Straight-up addictive. Savory, aromatic, with just the right kick.

Pro tip: get the fries and don’t skip the curry ketchup. Trust me, it’s a game-changer.

Top-tier beer. Killer food. Solid vibes. 10/10 would recalibrate here any day...

Attended the grand opening. Waited in line for 2 hours (which was completely fine), but when we got to the bar and tried to order flights the bartender gave us a very negative attitude and said “can we not do flights since it’s busy?”

Dozens of people at the tables had flights, the bouncer at the door encouraged us to order a flight to try the options not 2 minutes earlier, and someone who ordered 5 people ahead of us got one. After waiting so long we should have been able to order what we wanted. Or if flights were too slow and they made it a blanket policy we would have understood. Poor first impression, especially with the attitude given.

Very cool place though and good beer. Will give it another shot in the future

Edit: appreciate the reply. The issue was the delivery rather than the decision. We felt very unappreciated as customers and the bartender treated us like an...

Hell yeah. Been following these guys for awhile and so excited to see them finally open. Overall, the vibes are top notch. Space is excellent; views are lovely. We tried five beers today: Bock: very solid, no notes Pils: also good, little more crispness a la Prost and it's perfect. Cal. Hazy: one of the best we tried. Solid. Wheat: liked a lot! Pale: Good - as with most Colorado Pales there just is not enough bite. Please try Daisy Cutter or Fist City from Chicago for inspiration on a proper Pale. Still, for Colorado, one of the better we have had. For opening week, awesome work! So looking forward to many summer evenings here. My only other request - Lost Coffee across the street is EXCELLENT. A colab on a coffee stout or lager would be AMAZING.
