Starbucks — Restaurant in Littleton

First time here, came into the store to study, and my usual flow is to sit down, get organized, then order a coffee. This time I really needed to use the restroom, and when I tried to ask for the code, the guy with the died purple hair barely acknowledged me and told me I needed to be a 'paying' customer. That really upset me because I often times buy 2-3 coffees plus food over a 4-6 hour study session--I'm really blowing my bank account at these coffee shops. No other Starbucks I have been to has mandated a pay before use policy for their restrooms. Second time I showed up (it's close to a spot I frequent), I came by and had to wait for a girl to come to the register from elsewhere in the store. I tried to lock eyes with purple hair guy to get some sort of assurance I would be helped, but he just ignored me while he was talking with his coworker. Only 4 stars because I refuse to let 1 person bring down this amazing team. This morning before 8am as I was heading to my work in retail, I came to my favorite Starbucks. Today I was met with rudeness. I was told "I can't read your mind" when trying to make a custom drink which I had done so the day before. I have never ever been treated so poorly. I should have spoken up but I didn't want to escalate the situation which they (window person) seemed determined to do. I will keep going to this location because like I said the rest of the team is fantastic. I really didn't need this this morning. The people are nice most of the time. And the only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it is right next to my house. On my way to work. I swear whether I go when I’m the only person in line or 10th in line my drink order is never correct. And I know it’s not difficult because I go to every other Starbucks in the area when I have time and they get my drink correct. I’m not one to write reviews but this time in particular I was late to work and my drink was wrong and I didn’t have enough time to get it fixed. There was one time I went and I watched the person make my drink wrong so I said “oh I wanted lemonade” and I watched the barista just throw my drink in the blender, then hand it back to me????
