AMAZING PERFORMANCE Attended "A Christmas Carrol" for my birthday on the 23rd of December, their final performance for this Christmas season... we have seen 18 or 19 versions of this play over the years in many cities, including Providence, Boston, Newport, New York and Vail....many times at Triniry Theatre in Providence (a VERY old Theatre and our absolute favorite) ...my wife and I checked out the theater and stage in Littleton a few weeks before and were a bit concerned with the lack of features we were used to seeing for this production... !Fears abated! The sets were VERY SIMPLE and special effects limited but we were were Wildly and Pleasantly surprised by HOW MUCH they were able to accomplish with so little. AMAZING PERFORMANCE! Very creative and talented crew. Vocals were superb! Dance numbers were entertainingly brilliant. A Fantastic experience all around! Glad we attended and would recommend to anyone for next year.

My neighbor invited us to come with her and her homeschool group for an inside look at this theater and arts center. A very nice man who is the director of the educational department did a very cool play for us using volunteers from the group. It was so fun and the kids had a blast. They did a fun spin on Little Red Riding Hood. Afterwards he answered questions and gave us a backstage tour. I'm an old man and I thought it was fascinating to learn about the theater. They also have a ton of camps and classes for kids were they get to learn acting, about theater, and how to battle (were you learn how to act like your fighting, sounds very cool). I would love to come back and see a real show here and I think I'll do that soon.

This is a really cute theater! Last night was our first visit to the Littleton Town Hall Center for "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change," which is my favorite play of all time!! I bought the tickets and knew that there wouldn't be a bad seat in the place, but with it being my favorite play, I chose the front row. It did not disappoint as we were a little raised from the stage so you're not looking up straining your neck the entire time. The refreshments sold are of a wonderful variety and the canned bloody mary was delicious! I do wish they had cup holders simply because I'm accient prone. I would love to see another play here soon!

"Young Frankenstein" is another smash hit: great acting, music, songs, singing, dancing, costumes and monster! Tremendous fun, and definitely PG-13. Don't miss it!

"Next to Normal" is a tremendously powerful, significant and moving story, with serious comments about life, pharmacology, mental health care, loss, love, tenacity and reality. The singing and music are amazing: love the special harmony - I believe it is added on top of as well as around the melody - made every song drill right into your heart!

"Boeing Boeing" a while back was a sound-clarity BUST, but the Executive Director saved the day. Usually THAC has very good plays and musicals with decent sound, but this was a low. The actors were not mic'd, so instead they yelled while moving around, talking to the side and back (a theatrical no-no without mic's*) sound bouncing all over the theater several times, all talked very fast, and the women talked like teenagers - no consonants - and two used foreign accents...............

One of them played Ulla (with an accent) in the "Producers," WITH a mic, and was decent to understand..............

Got a refund at intermission and left. Will come back for musicals............

Executive Director offered Collaboration - 2 tickets to the Final Dress Rehearsal of each show for feedback on sound quality.

*sft. edu/tips/stage-acting. html: "always angle your body out toward the audience if you’re not facing them outright. Any movements that require you to turn, always turn in the downstage direction... As many directors say, 'They’re paying to see your face, not...

We're so fortunate to have this local theater nearby with great production options. It is cozy, well maintained, all the staff are incredibly nice, and it saves us having to drive downtown to watch a play. Its location is also a plus, right in the middle of historic and picturesque downtown Littleton. I had to take out one star because our family saw Matilda there recently and we were disappointed that they had changed the original story in ways that made the play somewhat weird and didn't add to the plot in any way. They also didn't focus much on Matilda's superpowers, which was the central (and I would argue, most fun) part of the book. Please stay true to the stories as they were written - there is a reason they become popular, and it's because they resonate with people. Other than that, wonderful...
