Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Live Oak

ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS They never ever answer the phone every single time I call. I mean every time Right now I’ve been calling for 8 minutes and all the other times I’ve called the call center people have had to place my order. And I added sauce so the call center lady said I have to transfer to the store to add the sauce for the wings but again nooone ever answered at the store. My son wants dominos stuff cheese bread all the time this boy could eat pizza everyday so I call alot. Not one time has anyone take orders from live oak store. They never ever answer the phone how is this store still in business. If a manager sees this please get the employees to answer the phone. Or hire more people each shift that takes orders. Do they not answer so they don’t have to make orders?!?!? I mean maybe it’s only one employee making the pizzas so it’s hard to answer the calls but every time I call?? Right now I’m still on hold with the automated voice telling dominos specials still no one answers. This is soooo annoying. Answer the phone calls...

Found multiple bugs in a close friends order, she proceeded to violently vomit after and started throwing up blood, when I reached out to the restaurant manager to make the store aware and see what he could do to help remedy the situation he stated that "it was a burnt piece of cheese and if there were bugs in the food, it wouldn't matter and that the health department can't come out to their store, and he wasn't going to refund a whole order but would instead give her a few free items" and proceeded to hang up the phone on me when I asked about why he had a laxadasical attitude and stated I would be happy to reach out...

When this dominos opened they were great. But now, I don't know who they're hiring, but the last few orders have been trash. Today I ordered 2 pizzas, drove all the way home, and found out the toppings were wrong. They offered to remake it. Drove all the way back to the store and the new order was even worse than the first one. There was no sauce, there was like, 3 pieces of pineapple on the whole pizza, and they didn't even put that garlic stuff on the crust. Never going back to this location again. Paying full price, and having to drive there twice for 1 order, and it still sucks, ain't it. I've had better gas...
