Beeb's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Livermore

My colleague a local brought me here for lunch. He had the Asian chicken wrap with fries and iced tea. His favorite here. I had the tuna melt, fries and a water. The melt was good. Service was slow even though it wasn’t that busy. For lunch I would have rated 4+. The place is a sports bar on the golf course so the views outside nice. Inside is dated but not bad for a sports bar. There was a huge bar next to the dining area and the place is less than a mile from my hotel so I decided to check it out after work. A couple bartenders came and left. Neither acknowledged me. One finally returned to chat and check on the locals. Again she didn’t acknowledge me even when she was preparing drinks right in front of me. I finally asked if I could have a beer as I had been waiting for about 15 mins. She made an excuse and served my beer with poor attitude. I won’t be back for HH but info...

I came here with a group of fellow work mates and it happened to be on trivia night. We ordered a bunch of appetizers in our waiter was awesome. Can’t remember his name but he was spot on quick and brought us our drinks and food and a super fast pace. It was super friendly and super efficient and I can appreciate that when a Places busy as it was this night. Truly was a blast actually had a great time. Definitely recommendThis place although I found it strange that the restaurant is tied into the bar where there was kids running around… I thought that was a little distracting and I wouldn’t be bringing my small kids here as it’s a bar at a golf course… Do the math people. I've been coming here for over 15 years & very sad to see it continue to slip from a 5☆ spot, past 4☆ & barely hanging on at a 3☆. We used to go several times a week, but now we're lucky if we go once a month or even longer. We keep hoping each visit is just a bad day & will get better, but...The staff seems to be ok (for the most part) but the food is just ok, but more times than not, or orders are NOT right, even tho the waitress wrote it correctly. It's also pretty noticable that much of what they serve is frozen with some being precooked I'm sure. The worst part of that is the price we're paying for it! The menu rarely changes as far as food options but certainly has raised in price several times! I don't think I'd brah about it or send friends to eat there anymore & I HATE...
