Besties Boba & Bites (Formerly Bober Tea & Coffee) — Restaurant in Livermore

New boba place in Livermore that has amazing mochi donuts! I’ve tried mochi donuts from so many places, even standing in long lines. These mochi donuts are delectable with just the right amount of crunch and bounce. My family and I have come here four times, and we’ve all tried the different drinks they offer. LOVE their Vietnamese coffees - we’ve tried the Pandan Coco, Coconut, Egg Custard - and they’re all amazing but the egg custard is my jam. We’ve also tried their fruit teas and milk teas - I’m partial to fruit tea drinks and really enjoyed the Grapefruit Green Tea. The vibe here is great, and the store is set up for great picture opportunities. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the owners take the time to greet you. The owner even recognized my family and I at a restaurant and greeted us. Definitely come check...

very cute atmosphere like i could be in there forevaaaaaa~ the flower decor is supa cute but it must be a pain to clean them...

drinks are yummy! i loved the vietnmese coffee, it's on the (very) sweet side but that's pretty standard for vietnamese coffee. also grabbed a chizu tea with 75% sweet also very sweet.

also light ice is a +$0.90 upcharge, but light ice is code for no ice (i think, unless that was an accident) so u get quite a bit more drink for the small charge.

My friends and I love mochi donuts and boba, so this place was the spot to be at. The donut flavors switch every week. There is a big selection of boba and drinks, but they were kind of expensive, about 9 dollars for one drink. They only take cards, not cash, so that sucks. At least the workers were nice and friendly. I liked how there was fake plants on the whole wall, it made the store more floral and cozy. I forgot to take a picture of the decor🥲 I just wish that this place took cash as well and made the drink...
