Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Livermore

If I could have given them a no-star review I would have but unfortunately I have to at least put one star in order to be able to write a review this is the worst and I mean the worst customer service I have everr experienced in my life and I am a flight attendant who is used to dealing with people that are not always at their best unfortunately we ordered a pizza to go got it home and it was raw in the middle night before leaving on vacation I called told them the situation they wanted me to come back that night and haven't made I was driving to mountain House where I live did not want to return they said I could have it made the next day if I had my receipt which I did have my receipt but it was damaged from being next to the sweating sodas I purchased I told them that I was getting ready to go on vacation which side note was to have chemotherapy for a brain tumor and now that I'm back I tried to have the pizza remade that I paid for only to spend over 30 minutes being bounced around from what they claim to be manager to manager a female and a male asking me a million questions that I did not know the answers to but I have my receipt so I have proof of purchase and so they basically denied making my pizza and hung up on me because I couldn't remember exact details unfortunately I wished I could I would much rather know those details than to be in the medical situation I am so not only is it terrible customer service there is no empathy compassion or anything close to that at this location so if I were you I would not give them my business because you never know when the tables will be turned and it might be you that they're so rudely disrespectful enough...

TL;DR: pizza is pizza, but the place is spacious with big tables, clean, with nice amenities, generous toppings, and decent staff.

The venue is what gives this place 5 stars. Clean, spacious, and a decent little arcade. There are small/medium size tables in the front and larger tables in the back for more private meet-ups, conversations, or after-party feasting. I mean, what else is there to judge at a Round Table Pizza?

Pizza is pizza which tastes like pizza. Typical round table.

They put way too much pepperoni on my pizza. I don't like it being too salty, but I guess you could just remove it if you wanted? And getting more is better than less, I suppose.

Staff were decent. Couldn't find us at first because we sat in the back, but eventually found us and brought us our pizza. They were very nice about it all. Not too pushy...

Stanley Round Table Pizza - Beware when you order on the app. The substitutions/removal of toppings apparently does not come through so no onions = extra onions and they would not offer any credit or replacement.

The manager was very condescending on the phone and hung up on us after requesting the owner contact information and being told they’re out of the country for 3 weeks. Lovely.

The ironic part is the app wanted my order to go to the East Avenue location so if I had not have readjusted the location to Stanley they would have lost a sale. ($77 for delivery of a large one topping and medium specialty is insane regardless but unfortunately it’s too late)
