I disagree with the other people reviewing this place here on Google, this is a good Jack in the Box. The drivethru has been closed at night due to staffing shortages, I have talked to them about that because the staff at this one is always helpful. That's like many drivethrus in the area including the Starbucks get understaffed down the street too. I'm not sure why people throw around the word "rude" so much at fastfood places, the employees are on their feet the entire time at this location and always give me a smile even if they have people walking in every couple minutes. Elizabeth is nice and friendly, when she realized I come regularly we talk about how I get off at night and how she likes working here. The food is always cooked all the way at this one never cold or burned like the North Livermore one. People who in higher position must get on top of this because I placed an order through Postmates and out of nowhere the postmates driver calls me and tells me that they didnt get my order in their system. Really?! I had to send screenshots of my order receipt for this Jack And The Box location to the postmates driver, as a customer who works in the food industry, this shouldn't happen at all because it causes frustrations to not only the customer who placed the order but to the delivery person as well. Also, the lady who was in charge said that she has to call the company while I was on the phone with her which was a head scratcher. Higher people in management must retrain your employees because this very poor customer service. I repeated myself 5 times and he got the order wrong 5 times, then The lady helping him who’s in charge was trying to rush me so I repeated my order to her 2 times and they got my order wrong again. She is always Cricket trying to rush everyone every time I am here. I will no longer be buying from here. Both employees were no good customer service at all.
