Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Livermore

Went to pick up our order and this time had an amazing experience with Mountain Mike’s on Vasco road. The tall gentleman was absolutely awesome. Sorry didn’t know his name. He said he was the driver. But he said it was under new management and I immediately could tell with how kind caring and perfect with their customer service and pizza. I have been coming to this location for many many years now and have never had this great of service and quality of pizza. This time the pizza was beyond outstanding in quality and taste. Ater having too many bad experiences in the past we had stopped getting pizza from Mountain Mike's a couple years ago. Last night we decided to give them another try. Boy, were we glad we did! The place is now much cleaner, both in the visible kitchen area and the table area. The all new workers are much friendlier. I actually had a short conversation with one of them in-between customers. The old workers would usually, at most use a couple words or a grunt or two. Not very good customer service. The flavor also has been improved so much that my wife made a comment to that effect. WoW! Someone needs a new job! So we came to pick up a pizza we order by phone. Well I guess they gave our pizza to someone else, and manager on duty went nuts! She started yelling at her employee's left and right. She kept telling them she was stressed out, that they need to pay attention, that she was going to write them up, that she was going to fire them and told one of the employees to get the F* out of her face. She was beign very dramatic. I think she needs a costumer service seminar and she needs to learn how to keep control if she's "The Manger"! Smh. Very...
