if you like russian roulette, this is the place for you! “will my food be hard and gross or luke warm because they kept it under a heat lamp too long? who knows!” so they get one star for the days when the food is fine, and lost a couple for the days their potatoes are hard, dry, and nasty, and their fries are cold. service is progressively getting worse and worse. in the past, there was a guy who was friendly but always messed up orders. because of that, i started to always ask for a receipt. the last time i was there, the guy in the drive thru took so long to say anything, i thought they were closed. he seemed distracted, so when i got my order, i asked for the receipt. he apparently hadn’t been planning on giving it to me, so he had to search for it. i left, and when i tried to eat my food, it turned out one of the items was wrong. if i could eat meat without any physical repercussions, i wouldn’t have cared. but i can’t, and that’s why i go to taco bell when i need something quick in the first place. so when i returned to the drive thru to have them fix it, i tried to give the person (now a woman) the item that was wrong as proof, along with my receipt. she said she couldn’t take the food item. i understand that kitchens aren’t supposed to take food back (i used to work in food service), so i asked her if she could at least take it to throw it away. it’s the least they could do, as they gave me something that was ultimately trash, and they didn’t have a trash can in the drive thru. she ignored me and walked away. not a good look for their customer service. the only reason i still even go here is because it is the only one in my city and, apparently, i’m a glutton...
Read moreTonight: I never would have come back to this Taco Bell but my boyfriend was picking up. I warned him, and he knows what a cluster it is, EVERY SINGLE VISIT to this place. I told him, if nothing else, count the number of items in the bag so that even if they're wrong, we'd roughly get what we paid for. But my boyfriend is too polite and didn't want to hold up the kind for even a few seconds. Sure enough, he gets home and they only have us 2 of the 3 burritos he's ordered and paid for. To make the bag seem like it had all the food in it, they gave us 17 packets of mild sauce. Good job, guys. I notice that the owner doesn't respond to any criticism of his restaurant. Making numerous people wait an extra 10 minutes at the drive through is one thing, but stealing money from customers is on another level. I imagine that the owner will not respond to this review either, but he probably will hold a company meeting to make sure that no employees ever, ever, ever, ever hands out 17 packets of mild sauce for 5 items. Read moreThis was the worst experice I've ever had. My friends ordered food and another customer order a single burrito under the same name. The cashier did not repeat the order back to the other customer and just handed him the bag giving my friends food to him, the cashier then said the customer stole the food but was called out by 2 other customers saying he read the name twice but didn't confirm the order with the other customer. Both the managers on duty then gave both of my friends attitude when they demanded a refund on top of the order being made right since the second time they made the order they messed up everything. They called my friend racist when he made no racial remarks at all he only stated there were 3 people in the kitchen. I'll never return here again and I hope others who read this won't either, I use to work for yum corporation and the service today was way below their standards and for a manager who is held more to those standards than anyone else can't meet up to it, its time for that manager to find...
