Who ever reads this review, please don't forget to tell who ever is picking up your order (if it's not you) exactly what you ordered and to look at the receipt and the order to make sure everything is there. Because I called for a take out order and called my husband (not at home with me) to pick-up order. He was charged for a 2 litre soda (I ordered) but it wasn't sent home with our order. My husband volunteered to go back. (He's a nice guy) I called and said he was coming to get soda and ask they remake his pizza if he brought back what he brought home originally so he would have warm pizza to eat and not have to come home to a cold pizza. I talked to "new" employee and was told ok, by her because of their "pizza insurance." So he left with the pizza (we were returning old pizza not trying to get "free" pizza.) I asked if she could make the pizza while he was driving there so he wouldn't have to wait: she said "have to ask manager." So a man came on the, silly me, I assumed him to be manager. He said no can do, can't make a new pizza because it was our fault we didn't get soda. I was a bit upset, (I was led to believe he was a manager, then found out he was was runner.) Why she said led me to believe he was a manager i will never know. He basically said it was our fault they didn't give us soda because we needed to tell them we had ordered the soda. Gee, I thought if you gave an order that it was the establishments responsibility, not ours, to complete the order correctly....make a note to self, tell them their job when you pick-up order! So now I get turned over to general manager who also said it was at least 50% our fault, well that makes me feel 50% better. When I told him what the first person said about "insurance" I was given a 3 minutes explanation why we couldn't get a remake of the pizza because we didn't meet the qualifications for insurance. OK. But he said that he could make a new pizza this one time using his discretion as the general manager and b ut it shouldn't become a "habit" of ours to expect a replacement. Well I don't think it will become a "habit" to ever leaving Dominos without checking our receipt with the order they give us. Called back to get order corrected spoke to a UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE female who asked me for my number which I gave (and as we all know when you call your number and address comes up) I asked about 25 times what her name was and she refused to give her name. I asked for her supervisor and their number. Sent message to patricia, and spoke to her about the employee. I called the store back to get the corrected pizza asked for a refund on the ingredients that they messed up. And Dominique who I found out later why her name was refuse to refunded the difference. Audrey Monlina the delivery driver who delivered the second pizza said she I needed to tall to the manager. Handed her the pizza back she said thanks for waisting my time. And spun her tires leaving. This Dominique and Audrey need to get better training or get out of the service industry because they are not suitable for the business. Because of them I WILL NEVER order from dominos again. Read moreThe store manager is horrible at this location, i will never return or send anyone here. i spent 20$ on wings & pizza & i simply asked the guy could i get all flats he told me no, i asked for a full refund, they gave me my money & sent me on my way no apology or anything, he did not make me feel like a valued customer at ALL. Once i left i called & simply asked to speak to the store manager, he got the phone & i asked him what is his district manager’s number, he answered repeatedly in the rudest tone how can i help, I then asked what his name was, he continued to repeat how can i help. I then went to the store to try to get the number & he called the police on me.I have never had this issue before at any dominos & i will never return, i simply wanted all of my wings flats, i paid for it.
