Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Livingston

Horrible Service. Horrible Management. Horrible customer service. Horrible employees. I ordered delivery, first the incompetent driver had trouble locating the residence, the address is clearly written on the mailbox outside the house. After the driver calls us and does locate the address, we meet him at the gate. He informs us he does not have change for $100.00. We tell him ok we will be back with change. Upon getting change and coming back out in less than a 2 minutes, The delivery driver has begun making a U turn to leave. He makes Eye contact and sees us as we are waiving to him and proceeds to drive off and leave. We call the main store number and let them know what happen and the person answering the phone says sorry we are too busy have a busy route and you should know we don't have change for $100.00. Terrible customer service, called 5 times waited 5 min each time was asked to stay on hold then waited another 5 min. Was only calling to see why my online delivery was taking over an hour. I finally spoke to someone who declined to give me his name he was very unprofessional and very rude trying to argue that the a time frame cannot be given. I directly had to make the drive and ask to speak to the manager and make a complaint and had a one on one conversation to the rude employee, he was being very rude and still declined to give me his name. We left it like that came home to a cold over cooked nasty pizza and sandwich’s that were delivered maybe 10 min after we left. I always Tip and that’s what happens when you tip the wrong people makes you not want to tip at all. I will be calling corporate and reporting this matter! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. I placed an order for car-side pickup and after waiting 30 mins, they gave me the wrong order. When I went inside, they told me they gave my order to someone else. They told me they’ll give me a refund and remake my order and I said that was fine. After waiting another 30 mins, I went back and they told me they never made my order. I ended up waiting ANOTHER 20 mins and when I went back to pick up my order, they never gave me a refund.
