ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! The staff are the most inconsistent, inconsiderate, lazy people i may have ever come across. I live in this town and drive 20 minutes to a dofferent mcdonalds to avoid the hassle! They take your order and literally do what they want. Don’t ever try and customize anything or ask for a certain thing to be left off because they dont read the tags or care. They serve you sloppy, thrown together meals that are either not fresh, tiny in portion, or just wrong 85% of the time. Anyone who lives in this town knows their terrible but its a small town and we dont have many options. The manager Anna is okay, however she does not seem to repremand or train her staff when they continually mess up! They act like victims when you address them making a mistake, and treat you like your the one in the wrong for complaining when you have every right too. It’s so ridiculously over priced so I do expect to get what i paid for but they take it personal if you address their mistakes they constantly make! This is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been too. I ordered 4 meals. All 4 meals were wrong. The fries were overcooked, cold, and dark brown. All 4 of them. All 4 sandwiches had the wrong ingredients added or taken off. I ordered bacon on 2 of the sandwiches which did not have them. They failed to put straws, napkins and ketchup in the bag. 2 of my sandwiches were supposed to be deluxe. That was a lie. I called and asked to talk to a manager and after explaining the situation to a clueless teenager on the phone, she then goes to talk to an Asst. manager, Genesis, who didn't realize how loud and rude she was and that I could hear her on the phone. You should maybe train managers not to call customers names? They refused to offer any assistance other then making me new food, which they couldn't do right the first place.
