Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Livonia

Edited from 3 to 2 stars: this is the latest pizza we got. We actually drove back and swapped the pizza because it looked so poor. Staff clearly don’t put any care into their work, toppings aren’t spread evenly, pizzas are over handled when put in the box out of the oven so cheese and toppings slide all over, and pizzas are often cut poorly. This last one I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were cutting for a slices and sticks pizza as opposed to a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. But someone still messed up and chose to serve this to the customer.

This is the closest LC to our house so we’ll continue coming here because it’s a quick cheap pizza, but often times the food is just okay. We’ve completely stopped ordering regular crazy bread because it’s always overcooked and lacking on the garlic and parm. We got crazy bread when out of town at a different LC recently and were amazed at how good it was compared to what we’re used to here. The pizzas are generally good but the toppings are not spread out well and the pizza won’t be cut all the way through. We do love the ease of ordering through the app and picking up through the pizza portal so we’ve never really dealt...

I called to place my order because I had my 7 year old daughter and 4 year old niece and I did not want to have them out to late in the evening. The lady who answered the phone got an attitude because I questioned her on the total she gave me. The total she gave only included one item and I ordered two. She corrected the total replied with an attitude, I thanked her and preceded to drive to the restaurant. I got to the restaurant to pick up approx 15 mins later (Was told it would take 18). The nice guy at the register informed me he did not have an order for me. He asked her and she said I must have dialed the wrong number with an attitude. I called the number from google maps (I live in Dallas, TX and was in town for a funeral). when I hung up I clicked the map guidance. I gave her the number she still said it was not theirs. So I called it by pressing the same number and she answered.

Pizza and Crazy Bread consistently underdone at the 5 Mile/Levan Rd. location!

I walked in this evening and ordered a 3 Meat Treat, which had to be made. Waited 10-12 minutes, no big deal. I got back to the house and discovered the pizza was underdone. In addition, there was very little pepperoni, 6-7 chunks of sausage, and absolutely no bacon. No one answered the phone when I called. I opted not to take it back because it was pouring rain. In the end I added my own pepperoni and threw the pizza in the oven to finish baking.

My previous visit, I walked in about 20-25 minutes before closing time and ordered 2 Crazy Bread, no sauce. They didn't have any ready to go. My order was ready in like 8-10 minutes. Got home, opened the bags, and found freshly made "Crazy Dough" instead of Crazy Bread. The bread, er dough, had zero browning and was lukewarm. You could still see finger imprints in the dough from when it was spread into the pan. The store was already closed for the night so I baked the bread myself, but it just was not the same as PROPERLY made...
