I just went back a couple weeks ago to have the white topaz in my ring switched out for a moissanite and they were very nice and knowledgeable. They actually gave us quotes for moissanite and lab diamond because the prices were similar, but we never felt like they were trying to upsell us or pressure us towards anything. The stone they choose is absolutely gorgeous, and they even added an extra prong to make sure the stone was secure. They gave me a certificate for the stone, and an appraisal certificate for the whole ring. They helped my Fiance get his finger sized and were really detailed and helpful for him as he had never worn any jewelry before.
