Cottage Inn Pizza Livonia — Restaurant in Livonia

I ordered a pizza at 9:41 pm. Was told that the pizza would be here in 30-35 min. At 10:30 I called to see if pizza was on the way and they said it should be here any minute, and that they had gotten behind...Finally at 10:41 I called back and the guy who answered was not only rude, but told me I didnt make any sence because his slip at the store said I ordered at 10:36 and that I couldn't possibly be waiting that long. I told him I had the phone record of when I called and ordered the pizza. I told him it was getting really late and our daughter was hungry and had we known it would be over an hour we wouldnt have ordered and he was still arguing with me basically calling me a liar. The funny thing about this is that when the pizza finally got here, ( about an hour and 15 min later) the order slip attached to the box said the pizza was ordered at 9:48 ( which would make sence if I called at 9:41 to place the order.) Cottage inn has always been a favorite of ours, but because of the way we where treated unfortunately we will not be ordering from the Livonia location when we are...

Slow descent down the tube for this once proud franchise...it crashed into the bottomless pit. Just had the worst pizza I have ever had. It was pizza shaped, but did not taste like pizza...cheese was bland and rubbery...toppings piled 2 inches thick in one spot while entire other areas had none...a hot mess. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN...THIS IS THE LAST HORRIBLE PIZZA FROM THEM FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.

Well I screwed up and forgot about how outrageously bad this pizza is and ordered it again for the 1st time since '22

Did things improve since then? Well...no, no they did not.

I just tried to eat the worst pizza that I have had it years just now and couldn't even finish my 1st slice. The OLIVE Dear lord the green olives were soooo very bad I spit out my 1st bite and threw the rest away in the trash where this place belongs. My Friday night pizza day with my kids was ruined AGAIN

I wanted to compliment the service I have received at the Livonia store. I placed a large order with Tyler for our local community hospital for "Nurses Week." Tyler helped me pick out an order suitable for the number of staff members and without any issues, kept the order in my budget while making suggestions. Excellent service. I also wanted to recognize the delivery driver who delivered our order on the day shift to our on 5/10/16. I did not personally meet him at the door as I was in a meeting, but one of our senior executives at the hospital observed him interacting with our elderly volunteers and his interaction with them was outstanding. He made a very positive impact on our staff and I will 100% be using you for large orders from now on. Please give him some recognition as he made a difference for us today. To top it off the food was wonderful. Excellent service from order...
