Read moreOverall, the food was okay except for a “pastel” and a fried stuffed ball. Both things felt like they were made a long time ago and simply tasted disgusting/uneatable. If I could give this restaurant - starts I would for sure. The one star is not because of the food but because of the horrible service. I have visited Puerto Rico twice and Puerto Ricans are amazing people. However, the lady who took care of us at this restaurant is from a country next to PR. She was rude. If you asked a question about the menu, she would treat you like you are stupid for not knowing. Furthermore, she forgot to order my two-year daughter's food. What we dislike is not the fact that she forgot to put in the order for my baby’s food who was starving but her attitude about it. First, she tried to ignore us pretending that she did not see when we were calling her. When we finally managed to get a hold of her, she basically yelled at us. Long story short my daughter never got her food. To summarize this horrible experience when it was time to pay we had to get up and pay at the cashier because...

We waited over half an hour for them to take our order and I had to get someone to take it. We then waited more than an hour for 3 orders of food, and one of the orders were rice, beans and mofongo. The other 2 were orders with rica and shrimp (asopao.) I had to get up from the table and ask where the food was twice. If not for my kids being hungry I would have walked out. They did not care about our service and experience at all. No apologies from anyone. They didn’t even care our dinning experience all around was horrendous. They could care less. On a lesser note, the scene was absurdly loud. Music, tv and more blaring in the restaurant.
As a puertorican that lives abroad, but comes back at least once a year I will NEVER, EVER go back to this restaurant. It actually pains me to write this review because I never write bad reviews. I just don’t want anyone to have this experience when there are so many other establishments in...
