DONT GO HERE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Been a customer for over a year, i ordered my regular order of chicken wings and fries some way somehow this man on the other side of the phone heard nuggets they delivered my order but i had no idea it was incorrect. I called to inform them the order was incorrect the young lady on the phone went back and forth arguing with me AS WELL AS HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES; telling me that i had made the mistake as if i was ignorant and dont know what i ordered. I informed her ive never ordered nuggets from this place ever! She told me if i wanted my wings i had to go to the store and pay for them because they wont switch out the nuggets “then we would have to throw them away” was her exact words! So your telling me you wont refund me, you wont switch my nuggets that YOUR STAFF messed up for my wings because its a waste of food and your telling me i have to pay and go get my wings FOR A MISTAKE THAT WAS MADE ON YOUR END. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! NEVER...

Worst service ever! If I could, they wouldn't even get a star!!! They took over an hour to deliver my food and when I called to ask about the status they immediately started yelling at me. They were saying things like "the world doesn't revolve around you" "we have other customers". While I was trying to explain to the man on the phone that I am also a customer and he needs to stop yelling, he hung up on me!!!!!! Only so he can call me back 3 mins later to say he is outside. Never have I been yelled at for wondering where my food is. My advice, don't order from this place unless you like disrespectful people. And I tried my pork fried rice and I wish I could say it was good. It was disgusting and leaves a terrible after taste. So not only is there terrible service but there's also terrible food....

Very bad customer service!! The chines lady who takes order on the phone is very rude and doesnt know english. Takes wrong order wrong and when I called back she screams on the phone . I dont know what language is that but she tries to speak english in chines accent and gets mad if anything is asked. They should meep someone who can speak english and speaks nicely to the customer. I usually orders almost all the places here but this the place where I struggle most time to communicate. I hope they learn from their mistake and be more nice to customer and apology for their mistakes.this business will loose customer for...
