Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lodi

It's so sad to see the decline of customer service and pride in people's establishments. I came in for a mobile order at 7:30pm it was wed the 1st and the younger 2 kids who worked the end of the line where they finish the tacos etc.. and bag them up, well the kid finishes mine and walks it over to the mobile pick up and I ask if it's my name on it he said yes and turns around, I had a drink that he forgot and I very politely tried to get his attention asking about 4 or 5 times until I notice he turns to his friend working next to him and they are LAUGHING at me. I get angry at this point and put my hands in the air and finally the kid who was laughing along with the extremely rude and arrogant other child finally said "oh someone else will get it" Then they go back to laughing at me. I'm calling...

Disappointing…. I ordered 2 deluxe boxes. Bean burrito no onion light sauce. 1. They no longer in a box, I specifically asked the flat affect drive thru teen if they were at least separately bagged meals? He asked the girl with the biggest fake eyelashes there. And she hesitated and eventually said yes.. he asked her twice. I gave the benefit of the doubt. I called to complain, she offered to have me return to have my food remade, Bailey was nice and offered to try to resolve it. This is probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s we have ever been to. They have gone down hill with quality and service. The employees don’t seem to understand the simple task of taking an order and getting it correct, ever. Our order was taken and correct of the receipt but when we received it, it of course was wrong. We had to go inside to have it fixed and to no surprise, it was wrong again! They didn’t allow us to substitute a taco for a different type of taco even though we have done so before…it was just awful. This is not the first time this has happened. Highly do not recommend...
