Ordered drive thru during the after hours. Didn't receive all of my order and was told by a woman in the dining lobby that I had to walk through the exit side of the drive thru to tell them at the window. Did as she instructed and was yelled at by the drive through workers saying it's a safety hazard and I had to wait back in the drive through line again. (Mind you another employee told me to get my order fixed I had to walk up to the window) after waiting in line another 10 minutes I was told at the window that I never ordered the items they forgot to give me, and the guy even said "I'll reprint your order if you don't believe me" after trying to explain that I wanted the other item in my order and that I'd pay again, a woman came from behind him and started shouting that I was wrong and she took my order. At this point I had 2 employees arguing towards me with one of them shouting. After getting upset and trying to explain I just wanted the rest of my order, the man working the drive thru told me to stop being so "over dramatic" and kept cutting me off with that everytime I tried to speak. I was then told they would not be serving me any further. Never have I ever been so poorly treated and talked to by fast food workers. Especially over trying to get my order straight. Couldn't even get the name of the man working the drive thru as he had no name badge and was just wearing a hoodie with no uniform, unlike the rest of the people working. Read moreSince i asked for help and couldn't recieve any professionalism i came on here to say I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life, as a manager myself I'm absolutely baffled by the two ladys working there at 12:30 am night shift , when i told the cash register i gave her more than what my order was her response was " we can't do anything the transaction is done, i counted out the right money "and shuts the window aggressively , when we tried to get there attention i said can i speak to the manager , the other lady rudely says theres no manager come back when theres one we can't do anything about it and continues to say " she been in cash register for 3 years she knows what shes doing" as a manager myself at a restaurant there will always constantly be mistakes made no matter how long or experienced someone is which is not okay to assume there was no mistake done when counting the money . I called the store and they told me to come back. We drove back to the stored for our correct order. While waiting for our correct order I noticed then the guy working bagged a boxed item I knew the breakfast jacks should have me wrapped. I opened the box and it was still wrong. They gave me a croissant breakfast sandwich instead. I told him it was still wrong. When I was sitting waiting for my correct order another guy came over and tried handing us a drink that didn't belong to use.
