I've been calling since June for an appointment. Keep getting the run around from the sweet old lady receptionist. I let her know on MANY occasions that my restaurant does not open till 12pm. I've literally been calling every two weeks trying to get them to come in. I told them that the Town Fire Inspector gave us a warning because our annual ansul system was past due for service. Still no one came to service my fire suppression system! 6 Months! The township finally fined my restaurant for not getting it down on time! This is completely unacceptable! Your website claims you have 14 trained Fire Technicians. You're telling me that in 6 months you were not able to schedule ONE visit for a SMALL ansul system??? I finally called one of your competitors and got a call back the same day with a quick appointment. This restaurant has used your service for years! I called this company to schedule a sprinkler inspection and the guy who helped me out was very honest! He actually informed me that a tenant in a mall is not required to do a sprinkler inspection, as it is all connected to 1 zone.
