Burger King — Restaurant in Logan

This was absolutely the one place I ever regret going. I have not been to fast food in years, so I decide to stop in with my boys. One is 7 and the other is a year old. I figured I’d let them play, well for starters they DO NOT HAVE a baby changing station!!!! In either restrooms, I seriously had to change my baby on one of the back tables. Then I go through line and they told me I had to wait because they had to get caught up on the window. Then they forget half my order. THEN we go into the play area and I seriously thought I was going to puke because it smelled like marijuana sooooo bad I thought I was going to get a contact buzz. There were a group of people in the corner laughing with blood shot eyes. I proceeded to tell the boys we were leaving. I go to talk to a manager and all he has to say is he’s sorry and can’t do anything about it. I swear I will NEVER return to this place again and I pray no one else does either. UPDATED REVIEW: I decided to try BK out today for the first time in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and wonderful the service was. The two people that serviced me in each window have excellent customer service skills. Which was a pleasant surprise from the past.

I ordered a Whopper jr. meal with an unsweetened tea and a Spicy Chicken Wrap. The spicy wrap was pretty good, for what it is. I would buy this again. It almost reminded me of the Twister wraps that KFC had 15 years ago. The Whopper Jr. tasted fine, It was assembled correctly and the lettuce, onions and tomato looked fresh. The fries, while crisp and very well salted, were very bland. The price was decent at just under $10.

Overall. I was pleased with my visit today. They must have changed management and staff because it is leaps and bounds better than the last time I visited a few years ago. I will most likely come again sooner rather than later. Especially to try their Spicy Chicken Wrap again.

Nice Burger King. Friendly staff. They seemed a little under staffed, but it was a Sunday, which usually means less staff. The drive-thru and inside were busy, but there seemed to be a large amount of fries in the warmer. After waiting in line a bit, I knew those fries wouldn't be the best. There's nothing better than hot fries from BK. No problem. I asked if I could have hot fries, and she was happy to oblique. She even brought out our tray when the fries were done.

I was excited to see a new computerized fountain drink dispenser, hoping for a variety of soda offerings. I was wrong. It looked fancy, but there were 8 choices, and only one was diet. Diet Coke. Sigh! I still don't understand why most restaurants' diet soda offerings are only 10-15% when half or more of the customers want diet. At least offer 25%...two choices.
