My husband wanted to take me someplace different and so we came here and at first I was kind of like okay this is kind of odd because we're usually like Bob Evans people but we walked in and the atmosphere instantly grabs you and pulls you in. The energy in this place is so positive and everyone from the servers to the bartender to the customers everyone was really nice and friendly.
We started off with the fried pickles and holy bagoli's they were off the chain . I was gobsmacked by how crunchy they were and no sogginess . You get a nice amount and some yummy ranch dip with them . I got the Ruben which did not disappoint whatsoever it was total chef's kiss. The onion rings are about the best I've ever had. My husband he got a burger and now I can't remember which one it was but it had onion rings on it that thing was so good because I had to steal some okay we kind of traded a little bit a bite for of his for a bite of my Reuben. Just excellent. He also had a side of chili I think which he said was really one of the best chilies he had had. And that says a lot. Our server was Becky and her helper was Angel and so kind and nice and just good-hearted people. Very attentive and just really a great place. The DJ was getting ready to set up and again because we're old Bob Evans people we were not really wanting music but we will definitely come back for it one day. And I need to add this in there because this is one of my biggest things when I go anywhere to eat I don't think I have ever been to a food place that was as clean as this one was I kept looking around thinking okay where's the dirt where's the spider webs etc they keep this place spotless so kudos to the staff and the management owner everybody for a job well done. And I would tell anybody and everybody make this your stop if you're driving through and if you're like us and live nearby make it a frequent eating place. It does not disappoint whatsoever. All in all I wish I could give it more stars because this place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA friend and I visited this bar today and received the hands down worst service I've seen in 25 years in the service/retail industry. We visited twice and early in the day our blonde bartender was amazingly friendly and quick. She was very up-front and extremely cogent. She mentioned she was new to the establishment. When we came in the second time we got a new bartender and right away she was extremely short with us and rude to boot. I ordered a pitcher of draft beer and when it came I poured two glasses without thinking. I looked down after that and noticed there was a live fly floating around in the pitcher. I complained and got called a "scammer" and was told I'd be charged for it. The owner was extremely condescending and hostile. I paid for my pitcher and they sent us two cheap draft beers. I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. It was just ridiculous. I do not...
Read moreWe went here for dinner on our first night in town, after we found our first choice down the street was closed early, and it was quite unimpressive. I ordered a southwest burger, which comes with jalapeños and southwest sauce, and while the burger was done well enough, it was milder than mild salsa (like my kid that hates any spicy food could've ate it without noticing). The food wasn't terrible, and the prices were reasonable, it just didnt have any flavor to it. If you just want to drink, and enjoy plain food, then it'll do i guess. But if you want some good food, with actual flavor, this isn't the spot. The staff was nice enough, but the wait for what we got we fealt was also a bit long. The Philly sub seemed to have bigger portion than the burgers. Also, everything is a-la-carte, so if you want a side of fries or onion rings with your burger, you have to...
