Okay first off I used to love Fredricos pizza but dang does it taste awful now. I don't know what happened over there but the flavor is so off now. For starters I ordered a plain cheese and asked for it to be cooked well done so that it wasn't doughy. Well we got it and the picture shows enough it was really doughy and not crispy or crunch. Not only that but the sauce tastes so off it had a canned sauce flavor to it personally. It might not be canned but it didn't taste fresh. When we first looked at it my thought was that it looked like a Chucky Cheese pizza and I can't get that out of my head. I mean I don't know what to expect from a bunch of college kids but at least clean up your damn store. It was a mess when I went to pick up and it's not a good look. Overall staff was friendly but food and the store was just bad. The girl over the phone when I asked to make sure my pizza was cooked thoroughly she was confused like she didn't know what I was talking about. I can make a better pie at home at the fraction of the cost. Side note on that too, if I'm paying $20 for a pie and it comes out looking like that and tasting like what I described then it's a no go from me chief. You guys gotta go back to what ever you were doing before because I guarantee it's not the same and its not only me, I called around asking other people who love Fredricos to get some info and everyone unanimously agreed that it...
Read moreBefore you start reading, know that I'm not angry or anything. My experience at Frederico's was a 1-star experience. We ended up there because Old Chicago was a 45-minute wait. Ordering was easy enough, my wife and I ordered a medium Combination pizza. We sat ourselves and the wait began. After about an 8-10 minute wait, they brought out a pizza. The wrong pizza. Keep in mind we were 1 one maybe 4 other tables occupied in the restaurant, so it's not like there were a bunch of pizzas to get mixed up. When we informed the employee that it was the wrong pizza, she apologized and took the pizza. Here's the thing though, if you mess up an order that completely, let the customers keep the pizza. Especially during Covid. That pizza most likely guy thrown away and wasted. She awkwardly took it and said they'd get us the right one. So began the second (and greater) wait on our quest for pizza. Now I've worked in food, and can usually relate to these employees, but they seemed much more into their conversations and free fountain drinks than the orders of their patrons. It was a 15-minute wait for pizza #2. And the pizza itself was akin to a frozen Red Baron pizza from Walmart. For $20. Also, the restaurant had no music. Play some nice music. Wouldn't recommend. Next time I'll just wait 45 mins for...
Read moreUpdated Review Save your money and go somewhere else!!! My wife and I took our kids there this past Friday. It was the most miserable experience I have ever had. I will NEVER frequent this place again. The atmosphere is terrible, the poor order taker, she was slammed and you would think that with a place that is surprisingly so busy that they would get it together and get more than one register, they don't. We stood in line for OVER 45 minutes just waiting to order. I finally took my kids and went and sat down and my wife ordered. When she got to the front of the line, the manager came out and told the gal at the register that the line isn't moving and she wasn't doing her job. She told my wife that she wanted to cry and she was so stressed. Get a clue, get more registers so your line will keep moving. I don't get it, every is extremely overpriced and I can easily get a better, cheaper pizza down the road and I can make the same salads and bread they do at home. To be honest, I can make a better pizza at my own house. Again, save your money and go order pizza at one of the other 15 other pizza places in the valley. Domino's is cheap for their 3 topping pizza and the wait is much shorter...
