Look, I'm sorry, I just cannot in good conscience recommend Caribou Coffee to anyone anymore. When the food & drinks hit, they HIT. But more often than not there's going to be a problem. Had many issues with getting complete UberEats orders from an Atlanta location, but of course this review is specifically for the new Loganville one. And I should start by saying I don't blame the workers. I believe they're doing what they can with what they're being given. On 04/21/2024 I went to get breakfast for my family. My sisters only wanted Lumberjacks, so when they were out, I asked to change my food order to match my girlfriend's, and for a refund on the other 2 Lumberjacks. Heads-up, they can't do refunds on orders over $10. They WERE able to give me vouchers in the app, which was more than satisfactory, except I had to bring up a refund to multiple people and ask about it before it was even considered. On top of that, my girlfriend's matcha tasted like water and even though we got identical sandwiches, hers didn't taste great while mine was quite good. I will say the coffee I got that day was good, they had something going with that lavender oat stuff. Fast forward to today, 05/03/2024. I figured before work I'd cash in on the last of my points to get an XL frozen drink. Healthy way to start off my day. And then I paid for a Lumberjack to go with it. Tell me why I saw them hand my drink to the person in front of me at the drive-thru? They tried handing me a drink but it was a hot coffee. I explained I ordered a frozen drink and they offered to make it iced. I explained again I had ordered a frozen drink. They insisted their screen was showing something different, despite me looking directly at the order on my app. This goes back to me saying they're doing what they can with what they have. I was handed my food and asked to pull around to the Order Ahead area while they made my drink. I waited about 10 minutes, deciding I could be a few minutes late to work in exchange for a drink I spent points on. No one came. I went inside to check and there was no frozen drink ready for pick up, no frozen drink being worked on, nothing. And I was only getting later by the second so I just left. In the car I figured I could at least eat breakfast. But imagine my dismay when I reached into the bag to find, instead of a Lumberjack, two plain dry toasted bagels, not even wrapped, just haphazardly tossed in. So I basically spent all those points, money, and time on literally nothing. And I know 240 Caribou Points and roughly $8 USD aren't much in the grand scheme, but every little bit helps when you're living paycheck to paycheck in this world. Rough way to start off the day, but it is what it is. I just want to do may part to ensure people make an educated decision when ordering from Caribou Coffee. This location especially, but honestly any of them in...
Ā Ā Ā Read more7/13 I figured Iād edit again , Iāve had a good experience for an each visit now and my coffee has been great as well as the service. Iām glad theyāre doing much better and definitely went from a 3 to a 5 star! Most of the food Iāve tried is alright but the lumberjack is actually delicious!
Edit as of 12/29 Okay ⦠I added a star now. I decided to go again after 3 disappointing trips. This time it was delicious!!! Iāve now been 3 times since this order. I think they may finally be doing a lot better. My only complaint is one day they gave me the wrong drink (I ordered egg nog, they gave me peppermint) and honestly the peppermint was sickening sweet. Also the lady with the pink hair is always super friendly and helpful!
Iāve been very excited for it to open , Iāve been twice already but both times I was unimpressed. Iām hoping itās just because they just opened and Iāll have better luck months in. The service was great, atmosphere is beautiful and everyone was very nice but thatās about it. The first time we got our food and drinks quickly but it was just okay. We both got food, My bagel from my bacon egg and cheese was very tough and the bacon really floppy for the price and my iced coffee was overly sweet with not much coffee flavor. The second time was worse , the chicken sausage sandwich I got wasnāt good and it was cold. I got a kids cookies and cream for my son and it was almost totally melted and I ordered a iced crafted cold foam with caramel flavor and it had no cold foam, there was no Carmel flavor and it was very bitter. I like my coffee pretty strong but it just wasnāt good. The service was good and Iām hoping the coffee and food will get better as time goes and hopefully I can change my review in time but really the food and drinks were 3 stars or less both times Iāve been but the service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday was my first time trying Caribou Coffee, and definitely my last. I went through the drive through and ordered a white chocolate espresso shaker with extra white chocolate and marshmallow and also a chocolate chip cookie, what I got was very far off from my order. I went to the window to pay and it was 18 dollars, which I was confused about because I only ordered two items, and I was handed two drinks and a bag of two slices of bread and a cake pop. I politely told the woman at the window that this was not what I ordered to which she replied that she will give me a refund. The woman whose name tag said āqueen of mochasā was very rude about this whole situation. She seemed irritated to correct any of the mistakes that were made, but did so very clearly unhappily. I pulled up for her to bring me my chocolate chip cookie and while Iām waiting I try my drink and there is no flavor to it at all, when she comes out she lets me know that they were out of chocolate chip cookies which is completely fine; I then brought to her attention that my drink was made incorrectly and she also handed me the wrong bag of food to which she sighs and seemed very annoyed to have to remake my order. I definitely donāt understand why she seemed so unhappy to fix any of the problems that were made, especially since I was being very kind about the whole situation, but needless to say I will not...
