My family went in there and ordered the simplest things. First they charged us over price. Then they could not calculate the right change amount and we had to do it for them. When we were done with doing that we left. When we were on the rode my mom and my sister were checking to make sure all the food was there and right. And you guessed it, everything was wrong. I'm not exaggerating this. Everything was wrong. We went back to Taco Bell and complained to them that they messed up our order. We asked them to redo the order and they refused to do so. So we then ask the manager to give us a refund and they still did not. We ask her to call her manager and she told us no that she will not do that. We stood there for 20 min. trying to find out what to do. They were not going to give us a refund and not redo our order that what were they going to do. Well after fight with them they took a FEW things and remade them. The manger would not give us her name. She told us we had to leave, yet they didn't fix every thing. It all would have been fine if they gave us a refund, but no they sent us home with the wrong and cold food. The only reason she didn't give us a refund is because the money would come out of her pay check! The only reason she didn't call her manager was because she know she would get in trouble for not giving a refund. We don't plan on going back to Taco Bell in Loganville GA for...
Read moreI'm not going to rob the employees of all stars because I know that my complaint is probably a result of a direct order from management to keep their drive time down. I visit this location frequently after my 11pm shift is over and the employees are friendly. My food has always been par for the course, and I almost never have a discrepancy with my order. BUT. I don't understand how serving only one customer at a time in drive-thru is productive in a fast food environment. They ask each car to wait at the speaker after placing their order until the car before them has cashed out and received their food. The amount of cars backed up almost to 78 is insane. It took over 25 minutes JUST TO GET TO THE SPEAKER. (I'm tenacious. If I want Taco Bell, I'm getting it.) But why would you sacrifice your good standing with your local customers just to make your drive time LOOK fast and efficient? This is the antithesis of a solution. I hope corporate will be able to talk some sense into someone in upper management, because I highly doubt the employees are enjoying the backlash they're getting from this. In the time it takes for me to get to the speaker just to place my order, I can drive to the Snellville location and back. It's looking more and more like a...
Read moreThis used to be the best Taco Bell around. I would sit in the drive thru on a busy Friday night for almost an hour to get food. However, after visiting tonight, I highly recommend people head to the one in Grayson instead. Here is why... 1.) Staff is rude as heck and they seem to be constantly out of things (2nd time they were “out of chalupas” 2.) We had about 20 dollars worth of food including a nachos, crunchwrap, and chicken quesadilla. Upon arriving at my house, the crunchwrap turned out to be a wrap with lettuce and tomatoes in it along with very little meat. The quesadilla barely had any chicken or cheese in it and the chicken that was inside was burnt. There were even parts of the quesadilla that were just bread only. The nachos were supposed to have extra meat (paid the money for it) but it barely had any meat on it at all. Very disappointing. I will not be coming back here and I will be letting people know about this. I am never expecting 5 star food becausw, come on, it’s TB. But I do expect to get what I pay for and what I received tonight was barely worth 5 dollars...not the 20 I...
