Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Loma Linda

Seriously the worst place ever !! I ordered food for my kids and I over 1 hour ago from children's hospital which 1 block away . I got charged and never received it. I called and talked to Amber which was understanding but not to helpful. She stated that she gets calls with the same type of complaint all the time yet it doesn't seem like they do anything about it! So for anyone that reads this do not order from this location !! It's a take away or delivery pizza restaurant so atmosphere stars are actually inappropriate or not applicable for this business model . They are located in a Stater Bros shopping center with other dine in or take out food establishments , Papa Johns is a well known brand and this location is on par with most other Papa Johns abd if yiu are not familiar they are a 2nd tier pizza and priced accordingly, when you want that type of pizza they don't disappoint, I'm actually eating some now and it's good value priced pizza id say compared to Aldi pizza without...

driver refused to hand me the pizza. He insisted I pay him before he hands me the pizza. I like to examine the pizza to make sure it is correct and in good condition before I pay for the pizza. Crazy driver refused. I told him if that was the case, I did not want the pizza and closed the door. I immediately called the local papa johns and told the manager I will no longer order from papa johns again. Driver was rude and made me feel like a criminal. Like I was going to steal the pizza from him while he is standing at my door....
