I really like to share about my experience. I had a very tough day. My daughter was very sick and I was all day at the ER. I didn't have time to cook for my kids and decided to grab some food on my way home. I ordered 4 sandwiches, French fries and onion rings. The guy at the drive-thru gave me the order, i asked is that everything i ordered, he said "yes" i went home, my kids were very hungry and waiting for me. Opened the bag and we only found two sandwiches and they were not the sandwiches i ordered either. I honestly was very upset and mad. I called the store and the lady who answered the phone was apologized and offered to write my name down for next time to give me free order. I said no i am coming back to get my order. The lady name Ajaya i believe was very nice and professional she refunded my money and made me another fresh order. I really didn't want a refund but was mad. By her nice talk and the way she apologized i swear she made my day. She was very professional and knows how to run business. I hope that this is the manager of the store. She really deserves to be a manager. Very friendly and understanding. She definitely turned my mbad experience into a positive good experience. I'm so glad that there are kind, caring loving people out there.Ajaya i hope your company show you my comment. Read moreCUSTOMER SERVICE typical day in the Drive-Thru unfortunately the employee at the drive-through slid my card twice once I discovered that she slid my card twice the MANAGER came over refunded one transaction and handed me a receipt I've then gave her another card to pay for my items and with that card she said your refund was refunded back to the card. I let her know I gave her a different card because I didn't want them to keep making transactions on my card. She explained to me that I did not pay for my items and when I asked the MANAGER to explain to me what is going on she got upset and close the window on me. so I park my vehicle and went inside showed her the transactions on my phone and that only one transaction was refunded back to me. She was very rude it was very embarrassing and she did not take the time to listen to me to explain to me what happened and I did not receive an apology from her she then wrote a number down and told me I can get her fired if I want to. I told her I did not come here to do that I want to make sure my card transactions were done properly. Old Review : I believe that, this Loma Linda Carl's Jr. has a new manager now & got better in service, in the quality & quantity of their items. I have added 5 stars from only 2. The burgers & other items are kinda same like other Carl's Jr. but much improved. Even though it's so close to my house, still very rarely we used to come here just because don't like some of the employees. Kinda rude! But, they are gone & to me it's not only the food but the service matters also. Thanks management for taking care of that. The place is also well tidy & kept clean. Lots of free parking. Nice view.
