THE best and most delicious Mexican food specializing in dishes of the Yucatan. Some of our faves--Chili Verde Omelet, Beef Burrito with Boxito sauce (a blackened chili sauce which tastes good with everything), Chicken Pibil (chicken steamed and wrapped in banana leaves), a Yucatan specialty. They also make a dynamite Chicken Mole. Of course, staples like Tostada, Tortas, Enchilads, that are available all the time, and many more. They also serve Menudo all the time, everytime, and their's is very good! Alfredo's has a wonderful and warm family atmosphere, so welcoming. The owner, Maria, whom everyone affectionately call 'Mama', and Kim their daughter, and the staff, always call out a 'hello' as you enter. You're already beaming and happy as you walk to your table 😊🤗. They will help you with the menu (will even make you something not on the menu, if you ask nicely 😉). My wife always gets the Mexican hot chocolate, she says it's rich and chocolaty, very authentic with more cocoa flavor than your average, and crowned with whipped cream--soooo yummy, she says!!!!!! We love them and have for more than 20 years. We have breakfast there every Sunday with our family after Mass, sometimes lunch and dinner, too 😊. We try other places, also, but Alfredo's is just the 'It' and best. When we travel, we come straight here from the airport--not kidding! We're #1 fans...

Never ever ever again. Tonight we were treated with total disrespect. There was absolutely no reason for her to treat us especially us in that horrible way. We have always had a pleasant time there, spoken quite a bit to her and never ever complained about the food or service. We willll never forget how she and her staff treated us with disrespect and rudeness. We kept going there to help support them during covid, the place was empty and we were there supporting them. We walked in and were totally ignored, she didn't even say hello or welcome, NOTHING. We cannot let this pass as it was so out of character for her, now the old man had no business plopping down our utensils and my wife's drink in front of me knowing full well I did not order anything to drink not even water. The Oldman dropped some chips n salsa in front of me rudely then scampered off. We will ever ever recommend the original alfredos on narbonne ever again. If I can I will delete all other posts and ck ins. When I went to leave and pay for the cold chips and a drink .y wide ordered I mentioned I have never been so insulted and treated so poorly as theyvhad done to me. 5 starts for the 2 lady's 0 starts for the chef We were having problems with our order, server apologized, let us know the owner is out and the chef is taking over for the week.

My husband ordered menudo, and the chef served him pasole with tripe.

I was still looking and ordered 7 min later after my husband's order came.

I ordered pasole with menudo juice, he said they don't do that and implyed he served me caldo with menudo juice. When I got my order it was just menudo, thats then we realized his order was wrong too.

He messed up everything and told us we were wrong.. he was yelling at the girls when they did everything right & took our order perfectly.

It was an absolute mess, we had to walk out. I will only come in when owner is there, they honor my special request, serve us the right thing, we are happy comming in & happy comming out, and we don't have to go back and forth with cook. We love this place, we will be back, just not at a...
