We bought my mother a cheesecake for Mother's Day. We were going shopping around and so we didn't want the cake to sit in the car to go bad so we paid them and asked them to hold onto it so we could pick it up before close. My dad goes to pick it up and THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE! How you gonna take payment from one person and then give it to another??? This isn't even the first time they've done that. So unprofessional in how they handle their client base. Considering the remote location, you'd think you'd need all the customers you can get! If you want a good bakery that isn't going to screw you over then look elsewhere. I'd rather be posting a 5 star review but I didn't even get to taste the cake to give it 5 stars. Read moreThis is a nice little gem for London. You walk in and you're greeted with sweetness from the scents of the iconic cupcakes. Can we just take a moment and appreciate how they decorated the shop inside out? It feels like an immersive experience. Now sadly, I do wish the dining area was a bit bigger. But they really have outdone themselves for making this place as fun and creative just like their pastries, cakes, and other sweet items of theirs.
