Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in London

I called last night night 11/20/17 to order pizza, this is the third chance I have given and AGAIN my food was entirely wrong and the lady was as rude as she could be. I ordered 2 square with light sauce and crazy bread with extra butter and Parmesan (that I was charged $0.75 extra for). When I called the lady said "we have those hot and ready" I explained that I wanted light sauce and the extra on the sticks. She said "alright I'll get those out in for you". Once I got there she pulled two regular hot and ready out and handed them to me. I asked if they were light sauce and she said "I don't know". I explained that she is the one I spoke with and they were supposed to be made. She then pulled every pizza out of the heater and started trying to pick out the ones with the lightest sauce. Me being mad asked what she was doing and said it should've been marked. She gets an attitude and says to the guy making the pizza "can you make these with light sauce" then tells me I need to wait 25 minutes. I was angry and said just give me what you have and left. Once I got home I realized that the crazy bread was not done correct and looked to be hours old. The receipt did show the extra butter and parm however the pizza was not marked light sauce. Wow. This place needs some leadership and structure. Big line, which is to be expected, but waited 20 min for my pizza. During that wait we had crack heads from the drive thru who were asked to come inside for their order when it was complete come in and take pizzas that were intended for others in front of them, workers were easily pressured into this decision. Crack head came back in, took sauce off an order being prepped for another customer and left..staff saw and didn’t even replace sauce for customer without asking.

And as a man of enlightened pretzelness, I tried the pretzel pizza. It turned out it was a pepperoni pizza, no sign of pretzel. Not worth it to wait another 20 minutes or battle local crack fiends. What is going on here? Didnt even get a receipt in case they forgot what I ordered.

We decided to grab pizza when we saw the pretzel pizza was back! Little did we know it was superbowl sunday! We sat in the drive thru for forty minutes because the small lobby had standing room only and the drive thru blocked any chance of parking let alone the ability to leave. Anyway, we order and were told the pretzel pizza may take a while because it isnt kept hot n ready DESPITE the menu board clearly stating otherwise. Which is fine because whem we finally made it to the window 20 minutes later it was ready. Except our order was completely wrong! The shift manager was prompt to apologize and correct it, but it was already frustrating to wait nearly an hour because we were trapped in the drive thru.
