Make coffee wrong or terrible and rude.

I stopped in after leaving my clients house and normally don't go here.. was reminded why and never will again. I went in because the line was long in the drive thru which is no problem.. the second I walked in with my service dog as I'm a disabled marine veteran (not that I have to legally display it but she had a bright red SERVICE DOG bandana and leash handle stating such) an employee rudely and loudly asks IS THAT A SERVICE DOG.. yep. Then proceeded to have a semi silent conversation with another employee where I could hear service dog and a few other words pertaining to it like "..tasks they do" . Now you could say like hi.. or excuse me.. not just half yell at me rudely.. then having a conversation whether it before or bad but it's awkward knowing you're talking about service dogs but can't speak loud enough for the conversation to be heard knowing it's about me or service dogs. Then they made my coffee wrong.. but they also made at least one other wrong while I was waiting so I'm not surprised. I'll never go back. I ended up going to the one in All Town Global down the road which remade my coffee perfectly and is amazing per usual. If you want good service, your coffee right and a pleasant experience.. definitely go to a different one.

Update: tried going back one more time and coffee was wrong.. asked for medium iced.. FV swirl.. caramel swirl.. regular cream.. regular sugar... normally comes automatically with medium iced 3 caramel and 3 FV swirl .. they did 1 1 3 cream and 1 sugar... went in and the girl nicely remade it except it was coconut.. another guy came over and made it perfectly fine. Only tried because it's in between two clients homes but that was the last bit because a 5 min ordeal has now waste 15 min and...

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts every day for about a year now since I switched jobs and it is the most convenient stop along my way. Every single day I order the same exact coffee, fairly simple. Mocha, cream only. 9/10 times, I’m handed a completely unmixed coffee, with no napkins to mix it myself. I frequently end up covered in iced coffee because these guys refuse to do their job and mix your coffee before handing it out the window. Have been putting off this review for a while but finally had enough these guys need to do their job a little bit better. At least give me some freaking napkins if you aren’t going to stir the coffee. Could use a bit better customer service aswell. Happy to say this is the last time I will ever go to this Dunkin’s. My wife who was sick lost her voice due to a cold, she was on her way to an urgent care with our 6 year old boy and stopped by this place 5/24/2023 after 6 pm. 3 employees made fun of her for how she was requesting a slushy instead of a Coolatta. If you don’t know the type of day a person is having you don’t make fun. The person at the window not only made fun of her asking for a slushy with what was left of her voice but kept asking to repeat while calling other employees to come listen to what and how she was saying it. When they had enough fun then told her that they were out of Coolattas because of the time. It was 3 young guys that should be reprimanded and retrained. I tried calling to give them a piece of my mind but the number they have online is not...
