Greasy, Overrated, Oily Cheese, Overpriced, Quart of Oil

Ordered 'The Works' and the "Sicillian' and both were disgusting. The cheese isnt' real cheese (made with 2% milk), its the cheap fake cheese I feel. You know how you can tell? Because the cheese on top has the clear sheen on top and is too shiny. There were plenty of toppings but that only added to the level of grease I feel. I agree with everyone else, this is like a step even below Pizza Hut/Little Cesars. Bleh!

Also, tried their famous cookies, the chocolate chip was the only decent one there. The peanut butter and the coconut one was disgusting too. Took one bite and had to throw it away. Fortunately they were only 60 cents.

Really dissatisfied with tonight's order. It wasn't even busy for them to do this sub par of a job. Ordered the chicken parmigiana and received the thinnest, driest saddest looking piece of chicken. Then ordered the make your own pasta and did not receive the sauce I was expecting at all, it was supposed to be creamy tomato basil what I got was alfredo sauce with chopped up regular tomato in it. If its available for order then please have it available! I did not receive any notification of the change or else I would have ordered something else. Another thing is I was expecting garlic bread to go with the pasta because it usually does, did not receive any, nor plastic utensils for our takeout, come on.
