Went to this target this morning to check on a donation form that I turned in 4 weeks ago. I went to the store because they never answer the phone and when I come the HR manager is never at the store.
When I got there I politely went to customer service and asked for the HR manager and was told by the representative that she wasn't there today. I then asked for a young lady named Krystal and was told she was not in today so I asked for anyone who worked in HR. The representative called for a man named Juan. The representative waited for 2 minutes and then told me that he was able to come. The representative then asked me if I could leave my information and someone would contact me. I told him that I had come 2 weeks ago and left my information and no one called me and I then asked for the store manager. The representative told me to set to the side and the manager would come. I stood waiting for the store manager patiently. Another representative approached me and asked if I had been helped I asked her if she was a manager she said yes and I begin to explain to her what had happened. The first representative came over to use behind the counter and told me that I was complaining and I don't need to do that in front of the customers. I told him that I wasn't complaining about anything and I was speaking with her because I thought she was the manager. He the said very rudely that he was the store manager and the lady worked for him and then he told her to store talking to me and start helping the customers. I told him that I asked him for the manger and he told me to wait. He then lied and said he told me he was the store manager. I couldn't believe it! I then asked for the number to the corporation and I left the store.
I was shocked. The store managers name is Sal and he is rude. Unbelievable...
   Read moreI purchased 2 king size pillows for order pick up. I went to store picked it up quickly then went to my car without checking the product first (my mistake). As soon as I put one pillow in my vehicle I noticed the 2nd one looked different. I realized it was a used pillow with stains on it. I immediately went back into the store within minutes. the same employee who gave me the pillow stated she checked them before she gave them to me and they were both new. She essentially accused me of trying fraud Target by bringing in a pillow they didn't give me. The pillow I was given wasn't even the same brand as the ones I was purchasing. The customer service employees stated "they wouldn't sell a used pillow." They were saying I was given two new pillows, ent to my car, took one out and replaced with a used one and tried to return it. I told the employees that by THEIR logic, I spent $26 to save $13?? I then preceded to tell them that by THEIR math, I should have that new pillow I supposedly switched out in my car and offered to go out to my car with one of their security personnel so they can look for the pillow they are accusing me of switching out. Because by your employees logic, it should be there since I switched out the pillow with the used one. After 20 minutes of back and forth and challenging them to send their security out to look in my vehicle, they finally gave me a new pillow and kept the used one that was sold to me.    Read moreI have purchased an AirPods Pro 2nd generation at this location through pick up option, I have collected it around 9.23pm at night and checked them, I found some kind of disturbance in the sound, So I reached the store to return them back, At the returns and exchange desk, they have checked them and told that the serial number on pods, case arenât matching so they wonât accept the return and an old lady have pushed the buds in hard way while I was waiting for a manager, And manager told me that she will accept it the product for return this time but not next time. But they donât have knowledge that each of the pods and case will have different serial numbers and they should check them in the settings in Bluetooth on device by clicking the serial number option, Then it gonna display the individual serial numbers of the case, each of the pods, I felt very bad because of the old lady actions and the other girl who assisted me in the starting, I felt some racial slur over there, Please try to respect the customer, And try to get the information of each and every product about how it works and deal with the customers.
